*Try resetting the device by holding down the reset button.
IMPORTANT
- Ensure you are on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- Ensure your 2K Wired/Battery Doorbell and Wi-Fi Chime have the latest firmware version in the device settings.
Setup

Download Lorex Home app.

Attach the plug, and then plug your Chime into an outlet. Note
To remove the power plug, lift up on the release tab. -
Tap in the app , and then follow the in-app instructions to add the Chime.
