LED Lighting Considerations
-
Note: We do not provide the low voltage transformer. The choice of transformer should be decided by the landscape lighting designer or if you are installing yourself can be sourced directly on-line from sites like Amazon.
-
The LED light requires 12 Volts and up to 10 Watts.
-
The light color or temperature is 4000K, commonly called “Cool”, just above neutral. The maximum light output is 800 Lumens, similar to a 60-Watt incandescent light bulb. Area of illumination is approx. 1.5′
-
There are two wires coming from the bottom of the Forza850T-LUM one is for connecting to an amplifier for sound and the other is for connecting to a transformer for the LED light and is labeled “LED Light”.
-
The wire for the LED light can be extended. A 5% reduction in brightness can be expected using 14 gauge wire over 190 feet.
-
If you are partially burying the Forza850T-LUM, please experiment with the depth and its affect on the lighting effect you are trying to achieve.
-
When in doubt, consult a landscape lighting designer.
-

Omni speakers reproduce sound in a full 360 degree and a speaker will cover a large area with sound if properly placed. -
Step 2

For the FORZA850T-LUM omni speaker, dig a trench hole approximately 16” in diameter and 5” deep for the speaker enclosure. -
Step 3
Place the omni speaker in the hole you have dug. Run the direct burial wire through the trench to the loca-
Please note: When connecting the additional wire be sure to use water tight wire connectors. -
Step 4
Use the Tap switch located on the speaker to select the appropriate setting best suited for your application. -
Step 5
Connect the wires from the omni
Please make sure the polarity on the cables and the speaker are in sync.
