The Kasa app includes not only all the features you’ve come to expect from the TP-Link Kasa family, but also step-by-step instructions for installing your smart bulb so that it can be connected to your home Wi-Fi, Alexa, or Google assistant.
DIMMABLE
The dimming range for the dimmable light bulb from Kasa Smart is 1% to 100%. Set the ideal brightness for any activity or mood.

The acclaimed Kasa Smart app lets you manage your lighting from anywhere (available for iOS, Android). Make sure to turn off the lights in your bedroom when you left the workplace, or turn them on in the living room before you get home.

Set your light bulb to turn on and off automatically when you are at home or away with the Kasa Smart app.
VOICE CONTROL

FAQs
How long is the bulb supposed to last?****
I’ve had their 50-watt equivalent bulb for at least 4-5 years at this time, and it’s still going strong. So, certainly, they should endure at least that long, in my opinion.
Can I use this bulb outside?
I have one that is a functional outside light. In the winter, temperature occasionally drops below zero here.
Is there a handbook or a website online that explains how to pair the lamp with the Echo Dot? thanks.****
You must create a free Kasa account in order for Alexa to operate the smart
device and to control it when you are away. The process is described in our
FAQ here:

Is there a reason why I can’t mail this to my address in California?****
The LB series (LB100, LB120, LB130, etc.) are no longer available for sale in California due to Title 20 Energy Compliance regulations. Instead, take a look at our KL series (KL110, KL120, KL130), which has the same features, complies with Title 20, and is sold in California.
Is this compatible with Ifttt?****
It takes some time to go through the steps, however this tutorial guided me
through setting up my bulb using IFTT’s webhook trigger:

from-internet/
Does communication between these two require a hub?****
No Hub Is Necessary. No additional hub or expensive subscription service is required for the LB110 to work with any Wi-Fi router.
Is my ICal calendar accessible to Alexa?****
The calendar on my iPhone is linked to my Echo 2nd generation (Alexa).
Where are the smart lamps with a 100w equivalent?****
Currently, we only have 60W counterparts.
Will the light be on when the electricity is restored if there is a power outage?****
Yes. My observations suggest that when the power is restored, the lights turn on. It is set to the factory default. It appears as though you switched on and off the power, first turning it off and then turning it back on. The app or smart device will need instructions from you in order to change the light(s) to a specific brightness or hue.
Is it compatible with Apple? HomeKit****
When I tried, Apple HomeKit was unable to identify them. Other than once searching for devices, I made no attempt.
Do the lights come on if the power to the house is lost and then restored in the middle of the night?****
There is a setting that controls how these lights react to a power outage; one setting resets the lights to their most recent known condition.
What is the range of this bulb’s dimmability?****
You can choose between dimming the light by 1% and 100% of its 800 lumens. The minimum, in my opinion, has a nice comforting warm glow that isn’t at all harsh. It is just what I anticipated.
I have outdoor sconces with dusk-to-dawn lights, but they don’t receive enough light. Can I set a time for these to turn on at night automatically?****
Either the Kasa app or Alexa can be used to create schedules (and probably other virtual assistants). For this to function, the light bulb does need to be within Wi-Fi range.
Is a smartphone required for this?****
Smart phone or some tablets, is the reply. Not a Kindle at this time. You should be fine as long as you can access the Kasa app.
What bulb series is this?****
It is the KL110 if it has a grey ribbed undercoat. The LB is indicated if the base is white and the top ring is colored. The box and the bulb itself both bears print of the model.
