Getting started
Open the battery compartment cover and insert the battery according to the correct polarity. Close the cover.
Using
Press (2) to turn the device on. Press (3) to change the temperature unit (Celsius, °C / Fahrenheit, °F). Press (3) for 5 seconds to turn the device off.
Light intensity measurement
Press (2) to turn the device on. Position the device so that its upper point
is directed toward the light source. Do not block the light or create shade
over the light sensor in order for the sensor to work correctly. The value
will be displayed on the LCD screen.
pH measurement
Slide the pH/°C switch to the pH position. Press (2) to turn the device on.
Insert the probe into the soil gently in order to not damage the roots of the
plant. If the soil is too dry to measure the pH level, sprinkle some water
onto the soil and then repeat the measurement in 30 minutes. The value will be
displayed on the LCD screen.
Soil temperature measurement
Slide the pH/°C switch to the °C position. Insert the probe into the soil
gently in order to not damage the roots of the plant. The value will be
displayed on the LCD screen.

Battery safety instructions
Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use. Always replace the whole set of batteries at one time; taking care not to mix old and new ones, or batteries of different types. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and –). Remove batteries from equipment that is not to be used for an extended period of time. Remove used batteries promptly. Never short-circuit batteries as this may lead to high temperatures, leakage, or explosion. Never heat batteries in order to revive them. Do not disassemble batteries. Remember to switch off devices after use. Keep batteries out of the reach of children, to avoid risk of ingestion, suffocation, or poisoning. Utilize used batteries as prescribed by your country’s laws.
