Razor W15128785048 Rambler 16 Rear Wheel-Motor

Required Tools

(Not included)

  • A. Phillips screwdriver
  • B. 21 mm wrench or adjustable wrench
  • C. Two 8 mm wrenches
  • D. Long needle pliers
  • E. 10 mm wrench

CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

INSTALLATION STEPS

  1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove seven (7) screws from the side of the battery cover with the power switch.Razor-W15128785048-Rambler-16-Rear-Wh-FIG- \(1\)
  2. Remove four (4) screws, two at the front and two at the back of the battery cover. Pull the cover out. Be careful not to damage the wires.Razor-W15128785048-Rambler-16-Rear-Wh-FIG- \(2\)
  3. Locate and disconnect the four (4) motor connectors from the controller.
  4. Using a 21 mm wrench or adjustable wrench, loosen the lock nuts from both sides of the axle. Push the wheel down and out from the unit.
  5. Using two (2) 8 mm wrenches, loosen and remove the bolt and lock nut that holds the cable guide bracket. Remove it.
  6. Using long needle pliers, remove the end cap from the brake cable and save for re-installation. Using a 10 mm wrench, loosen the lock nut that holds the brake cable in place. Pull the cable out from the unit
  7. Reverse the steps.

ATTENTION : Charge battery 12 hours before using.
