Note:
Remove the insulation cover from the earbuds before first use. Put the earbuds into the charging case, and take out for use.

Using Your Earbuds

Charging

Charging Earbuds
When the earbuds prompt low battery, put the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds will be in charging status automatically and the charging case lights up for 3 seconds before going off.

Charging the Case

Connect the charging case to any 5V/1A power supply port with the included charging cable. While charging, the charging case is breathing white slowly. After fully charged, the charging case stays solid white.

(Mode switch is not available for single earbud)

On/Off

When opening the lid of the charging case, the earbuds are turned on. Put back the earbuds to the charging case and close the lid to turn off.

Bluetooth Connection

For the first connection, open the lid of the charging case, take out both earbuds, and they will enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically. Search for “FlyH NC BH036”, select to connect, and prompt voice “connected” after the connection is successful. When the earbuds are turned on again, they will connect to the last paired device. If re-connection fails or the Bluetooth is disconnected, they will enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically

Dual Earbuds TWS Connection

Both earbuds were paired with each other when they were produced at the factory

**Clearing Pairing History

** Open the lid of the charging case and Put the earbuds into the charging case;make sure the earbuds were not connected to any device. Press the button of the case for about 8 seconds to clear the pairing history and enter the paring mode automatically. The white light flashes five times, indicating clearing successfully

FAQ

The indicator is off when the charging case is being charged.

Make sure the charging port of the charging case is connected to power supply normally

Cannot hear anything from the earbuds

Make sure the earbuds are on. Make sure the volume is set properly. Make sure the earbuds are connected to the phone. Make sure the earbuds are within the working range.

Phone call effect is not good

Make sure the phone is in a strong signal area. The effective working range of the earbuds is 10 meters, please make sure the earbuds are within the working range, and there are no obstacles between the phone and the earbuds.

Cannot control with pause, resume and previous/next track while playing

music

The device paired with the earbuds needs supporting AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) Protocol.
