Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a timer that beeps whenever a button is pressed?

It beeps when you press a button, but only for the designated amount of time.

Could this be used as a daily medication reminder for someone?

Although it has a timer feature, that is probably not what you should use it for. There is no set alarm time.

Can I leave this device running for the entire day at 20-minute intervals without having to manually reset it?

No. Each time you want a fresh 20-second interval, you must press the start button. You can set it up to run for a standard 20 minutes using the memory function, but you will still need to start it every cycle.

Is the alarm’s volume programmable? I don’t want anything that will shock me.

In fact, if you wanted to hear one thing, it’s that Starbucks uses this timer in their retail locations. As a teacher, I appreciate this timer’s effectiveness, robustness, and sound. After reading the other comments, I can say that none of the 11 timers I own have ever caused me any trouble (have that many so kids can time themselves reading). Have never had one break even after being dropped many, many times, and handled by 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders.

Is it possible to see the total time spent in minutes rather than hours once it reaches 60?

I typically only use the cooking timer portion of it. Flip the switch on the side and it goes into stop watch mode. I’ve only ever briefly tested the stop watch feature to see if it worked. According to my intuition, the device would start counting up by minutes until it reached one hour, at which point it would display 1:00:01 for one hour and one second, followed by 1:01:01 for one hour, one minute, and one second. We really enjoy ours, and I regret not purchasing two or three more. very useful in a busy kitchen and when timing a child for reading and counting the minutes after the turkey was cooked.

How can the time be changed on my CDN clock?

To choose the countdown mode, slide the TIMER switch to the right. The word TIMER is displayed. 2. To enter the desired time, press the HR MIN and/or SEC buttons.

My Cdn timer needs to be reset?

To reset to 0:00, press the MIN and SEC buttons simultaneously. Keep your timer away from extreme heat, moisture, and shock. Avoid coming into contact with any corrosive substances, such as cleaning products, alcohol, or perfume.

How soon does CDN start to function?

Instantaneous propagation occurs. If a file isn’t already in cache, the CDN will retrieve it at the time of the initial request and keep it in cache until it expires. The default cache expiry is 24 hours, but most CDNs let you configure it to keep it in cache for longer.

Why is a CDN more rapid?

Faster page loading Because they deliver content from servers close to the end user, CDNs eliminate the need for data to travel over long distances. As a result, CDNs significantly reduce the time it takes for websites to load, even those with media-rich, high-bandwidth content.

What dimensions are there?

A little bit more is added by the clip on the back, which is approximately 6.5cm x 5.0cm x 1cm deep. Or a few more inches if you prefer. 2.5 in. x 2.0 in. x.5 in.
