Before using this appliance, carefully read the instructions for use and in particular the safety notes and warnings, which must be complied with. Keep this manual together with its illustrative guide for future consultation. Should you transfer the appliance to another user, make sure you hand over this documentation as well.

SAFETY NOTES

After unpacking, make sure the appliance is intact, complete with all its parts as shown in the illustrative guide and with no sign of damage due to transportation. If in any doubt, do not use the appliance and contact an authorised service centre.
WARNING! Risk of suffocation. Children shall not play with the packaging. Keep the plastic bag out of the reach of children. -
This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed, namely as a face treatment appliance for home use. Any other use is considered not compliant with the intended use and therefore dangerous.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity, to the effects of weather (rain, sun, etc.) or to extreme temperatures.

If the appliance is faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do not tamper with it. Contact an authorised technical service centre for any repairs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE OF THE BATTERIES
- Replace the batteries with batteries of the same kind only.
- Make sure to insert batteries respecting the polarity indicated on the appliance.
- Remove batteries from the appliance if you expect not to use it for a long time. Keep batteries in a cool and dry place at ambient temperature.
- DO NOT recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- DO NOT use batteries supplied with this appliance in other appliances.
DANGER! Risk of corrosive substance leakage and explosion.
Batteries shall NOT be disassembled, exposed to excessive heat such as that
caused by sunlight, fire or similar sources.
They shall NOT be short circuited, mechanically damaged, thrown into the fire, put into water, stored with metallic objects, dropped on hard surfaces. In case of battery leakage, avoid any contact with skin, eyes and clothing.
- DO NOT use the appliance and the batteries if batteries show any sign of deterioration such as: deformation, scratches, anomalous smell or discoloration of the surface. In such a case contact an authorized service centre.
- DO NOT place any object in the battery compartment.
- DO NOT use old and new batteries together.
DANGER! Risk of serious lesions.
Always keep the batteries out of reach of children. If swallowed, the
batteries can cause lethal lesions. Therefore, always keep the batteries out
of reach of children. In the event that a battery is swallowed, contact a
doctor or the local poison centre immediately.
OTHER PRECAUTIONS FOR A SAFE USE
- Ask your doctor or dermatologist for advice before using this appliance if you are being treated for skin problems.
- This appliance can be used with a face cleanser and moisturing products. However, the use of some cleansing products in conjunction with the appliance may cause irritation. Before use, test the appliance with the cleanser intended to be used on an area of skin on the inner forearm.
- DO NOT use this appliance to remove eye makeup.
- This appliance is for personal use only: DO NOT share the use of the appliance.
WARNING! Keep away from the eyes.
PRODUCT USE CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Some conditions may make it inadvisable to use the appliance. If in doubt about whether the appliance can be used, consult your doctor or dermatologist. Before using the appliance consult your doctor or dermatologist if any of the following conditions applies to you; the list is by way of example only and not complete.
- Skin allergies.
- Burns from excessive exposure to sunlight or solarium lamps.
- Eczema, psoriasis, lesions, open wounds or active infections (such as herpes) in the area of treament
- A recent chemical peeling or microdermoabrasion.
- Taking medicines that can cause skin sensitivity.
- Recent cosmetic surgery in the areas to be treated.
- Acne, infections or abnormal skin conditions due to systemic or metabolic disorders.

TREATMENT AREAS
The typical treatment areas for this appliance are the forehead, nose, chin, cheeks, neck and neckline.
USE
WARNING! This appliance is not to be used if it has been dropped or if
there are visible signs of damage.
WARNING! Make sure that the battery compartment is firmly closed before
placing the appliance in contact with water.
INSERTING THE BATTERIES
SWITCHING ON
To turn the appliance on, push the on/off switch (1B) upwards.
NORMAL CLEANSING (4), SENSITIVE CLEANSING (5), EXFOLIATION (3)
Depending on the type of skin, the deep cleansing treatment may be performed
every day, every other day or 1-2 times a week; the exfoliation treatment can
be performed once a week or less often, when the
skin condition requires it.
- Remove make-up as usual.
- Apply the selected brush to the attachment part (1A).
- Dampen face, neck and neckline.
- Apply a specific product for cleansing or exfoliation to the relevant areas.
- Dampen the brush.
- Turn the appliance on.
- Glide the brush over the various areas of the face with gentle circular movements for approximately:
- 20 seconds on the forehead
- 20 seconds on nose and chin
- 10 seconds on each cheek
- 20 seconds on neck and neckline
- Rinse with cool or lukewarm water.
- Dab the face.
ACTIVATION
- Apply the sponge (6) to the attachment part (1A) after cleansing the face.
- Apply the cosmetic treatment usually used to the area to be treated.
- Turn the appliance on.
- Slide the sponge (6) on the different areas with gentle circular movements to facilitate absorption of the cosmetic product.
MICRO-MASSAGE
If you prefer a more intense massage:
- Apply the micro-massager (7) to the attachment part (1A) after having cleansed the face.
- Apply the cosmetic treatment usually used to the area to be treated.
- Turn the appliance on.
- Slide the micro-massager (7) on the different areas with gentle circular movements (with no pressure at all) to facilitate absorption of the specific cosmetic product and stimulate micro-circulation.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Before cleaning make sure that the battery compartment is properly closed.
The appliance must be cleaned after every use.
Handpiece:
- Only clean the handpiece with lukewarm water and neutral soap.
- Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
Brushes, Sponge and Micro-Massager:
- Wash the brushes with lukewarm water and neutral soap.
- Remove the excess water with a soft, clean and dry cloth.
- Let the accessories dry completely before putting them away.
Constant use wears the brushes and the sponge, which must be replaced every now and again.
DISPOSAL
The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of it in accordance with the environmental protection regulations.
Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the appliance must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the user can hand over the appliance to the retailer when a new, equivalent one is purchased. The user can hand over electronic products measuring less than 25 cm to retailers of electronic products having a sales area of at least 400 m2 free of charge and with no obligation to buy. Appropriate separate collection for the subsequent procedure for the decommissioned appliance for recycling, which includes treatment and environmentally friendly disposal helps prevent adverse effects on the environment and health and promotes reusing and/or recycling materials that the appliance consists of.
DISPOSING OF THE BATTERY
This product contains AA batteries.
- Remove the batteries from the appliance before disposing of it.
- Dispose off the batteries at a specific collection centre.
- DO NOT dispose of the batteries in domestic waste.
ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY
The appliance is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Evidence shall be taken as the date indicated on the receipt/invoice (provided it is legible), unless the buyer can prove that the delivery occurred later.
In the event of a defect in the product which existed prior to the date of delivery, appliance repair or replacement is guaranteed free of charge, unless one of the two solutions is disproportionate to the other. The buyer has the obligation to notify an authorised Service Centre of the non-conformity within two months from discovering the defect.
The warranty does not cover any part that may be defective due to:
a. transport damage or accidental drops,
b. incorrect installation or an inadequate electrical system,
c. repairs or alterations made by unauthorised personnel,
d. poor or incorrect maintenance and cleaning,
e. product and/or product parts subject to wear and/or consumables, including
the reduction in battery usage time due to the use or time, if present,
f. failure to comply with the operating instructions and/or negligent or
careless use.
The list above is purely indicative and not exhaustive and in any case, this warranty shall not cover all circumstances that cannot be attributed to manufacturing defects of the appliance.
In addition, the warranty does not cover any case of improper use of the appliance and professional use.
All liability is disclaimed for any damage that may directly or indirectly be caused to persons, property and pets as a result of failure to comply with all the instructions provided in the “Instructions and Warnings Booklet” regarding appliance installation, use and maintenance.
This is without prejudice to any contractual warranty claims against the seller.
Methods of support
Appliance repairs must be carried out by an authorised Service Centre. If the
faulty appliance is under warranty, it must be sent to the Service Centre
together with a fiscal document that can confirm the date of sale or delivery.
