Product Usage Instructions:
-
Remove factory front roof bolts with a T40 Torx. Retain
hardware for reuse. -
Peel back the headliner to ensure the roof mounting nuts remain
in place. -
Loosely attach the driver side bracket using the factory 6mm
button head bolt and secure with a 4mm Allen wrench. -
Bore out the dimples in the factory roof using a 1/4
drill. -
Secure the front bracket mount to the drilled holes with the
supplied hardware and tighten with a 4mm Allen wrench and 10mm
wrench. -
Drill a hole in the roof where the third bracket hole is and
secure it with the supplied hardware. -
Repeat steps for the passenger side bracket.

Attach the light bar to the bracket using the provided
hardware. -
Wire the light bar according to your preference.
Post Installation Instructions:

Check all fasteners for proper torque and ensure clearance
between components. -
Perform a headlight check and adjust to proper settings.

Retighten all kit components at 500 miles and every 300 miles
thereafter. Periodically check hardware tightness. -
Install Warning to Driver decal on sun visor.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove factory front roof bolts with a T40 Torx. Retain hardware for
reuse. See Photo 1. 2. NOTE: It may be necessary to peel the headliner back to
make sure the roof mounting nuts do not dislodge when
mounting the roof rack. When installing the rack, peel back the headliner to
make sure the factory nuts have not moved. See Photo 2 and Photo 3.

Remove front bolts.
Peel back headliner.
3. Use the factory 6mm button head bolt to loosely attach the driver side bracket to the roof using the hidden factory nuts. Secure with a 4mm Allen wrench. See Photo 4.

Make sure nut has not moved.
Attach bracket mount to front roof location.
4. Use a 1/4″ drill to bore out the dimples in the factory roof shown in
Photo 5. 5. Swing the loosely installed bracket so the front bracket mount
lines up with the previously made holes. Use the sup-
plied 6mm button head bolt, 6mm washer, and 6mm nut to secure the front
bracket mount to the previously drilled
holes. Tighten with a 4mm Allen wrench and 10mm wrench. See Photo 6.

Attach bracket mount to front roof location.

6. Use the front bracket as a template and use the 1/4″ drill to make a hole
in the roof where the third bracket hole is. See Photo 6.
7. Use the supplied 6mm hardware to secure the third hole of the bracket.
Tighten with a 4mm Allen wrench and 10mm wrench. See Photo 7.

8. Repeat Step 1 through Step 7 for the passenger side.
9. Attach light bar to the bracket using the hardware supplied with the light
bar kit. 10. Wire light to preference.
POST INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure for adequate
clearance between all rotating, mobile, fixed, and heated members. Verify
clearance between exhaust and brake lines, fuel lines, fuel tank, floorboards,
and wiring harness.
2. Perform head light check and adjustment to proper settings. 3. All kit
components must be retightened at 500 miles and then every 300 miles after
installation. Periodically check all
hardware for tightness. 4. Install “Warning to Driver” decal on sun visor.
