Important Safety Information
Please read all safety information before use.
WARNING
- Do not ingest battery.
- Do not expose the device to a direct heat source.
- Do not expose the device to any mechanical stress or impact.
- Do not attempt to disassemble your Coredy item finder.
- Don’t use a damaged Coredy item finder.
CHOKING HAZARD
Coredy item finder, the battery compartment door, the screw, and the battery may present a choking hazard or cause other injury to small children, keep these items away from small children.
BATTERY
This device contains a replaceable coin cell battery, which will last up to 1-year, and the battery might to be replaced during the life of the product, replace only with the same type (CR2032) and rating of battery, note the correct polarity.
Important: Contact your local waste management authority for battery disposal regulations in your area. Keep batteries away from children, if the coin battery is swallowed and ingested, it can cause severe internal burns within two hours and result in serious injury or even death. Seeking medical attention immediately if you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, and keep away from children.

If this equipment does cause harmful inter-ference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the
user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

Getting Started
Requirements
To use the Find My app to locate this Item Finder, make sure that:
- Your iPhone, iPod touch is running with iOS 14.5 or later, or iPad with iPadOS 14.5 or later. The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended.
- Wi-Fi or Cellular connection is strong.
Preparation
- Gently pull out the protective insulation film from item finder before use.
Power On/ Off
- Press Function Button ONCE (1) to power on your item finder, it will play a chord tone melody once it is powered on.
- Press and hold Function Button for three (3) seconds to power off your item finder, it will play two beeps once it is powered off.
Using Your Item Finder
Add Your Item Finder
- Open Find MyTM App on your iPhone (or other supported devices).
- Place item finder next to your iPhone.
- Press Function Button TWICE to ready to connect, one beep will be heard.
- Tap +, then tap “Add Other Item”.
- Once your item finder is discovered, tap “Connect”.
- Enter a name and choose an Emoji, tap “Continue”.
- Tap “Agree” to allow the item finder link to your Apple ID.
- Tap “Finish” to complete the connection.
Note
- If you need to connect your item finder to a new device, remove the connection from current device firstly.
- If you have multiple item finders, make sure that only one item finder is near your device at one time.
Locate Your Item Finder
- Use “Play Sound” to find your item finder when it’s nearby:
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder from the list.
- Tap “Play Sound” to make your item finder play beeps (continuous beeps 13 times).
- Tap “Stop Sound” to stop the beeps once you find it.
- Use “Directions” to find your item finder’s location:
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder from the list.
- Your item finder’s location will appear on the Map, and an updated location and time stamp appears under its name.
- Tap “Directions” to navigate to it’s location.
Enable “Notifications”
- Enable “Notify When Found”
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder from the list.
- Swipe upwards to bring up the full settings.
- Under “Notifications”, enable the “Notify When Found” toggle.
- When your item finder is seen by another Find My network, you will receive a notification of it’s location.
- “Notify When Found” can only be activated when your item finder is out of range of your device.
- Enable “Notify When Left Behind”
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder from the list.
- Swipe upwards to bring up the full settings.
- Under “Notifications”, enable the “Notify When Left Behind” toggle.
- You will receive a notification when you leave your item finder behind and it’s out of range of your device.
Enable “Lost Mode”
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder that you want to mark as lost.
- Swipe upwards to bring up the full settings.
- Under “Lost Mode”, tap “Enable”, then tap “Continue”.
- Enter your phone number or email address, tap “Next”.
- Tap “Activate” to enable “Lost Mode”.
- To disable “Lost Mode”, under “Lost Mode”, tap “Enabled”, then tap “Turn Off Lost Mode” popup to turn off.
NOTE
- When “Lost Mode” is enabled, “Notify When Found” will be automatically enabled.
- When “Lost Mode” is enabled, your item finder is locked and cannot be paired to a new device.
Rename Your Item Finder
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder that you want to change the name.
- Swipe upwards to bring up the full settings.
- Tap “Rename Item”.
- Select a name from the list or select Custom Name.
- Type a custom name for your item finder, and select an emoji which you’d like to.
- Tap “Done”.
Remove Your Item Finder from Find My App
- Open Find My App.
- Tap the “Items” tab.
- Tap on your item finder that you want to remove.
- Swipe upwards to bring up the full settings.
- Tap “Remove Item”, follow the onscreen instructions to remove, once removed, your item finder will emit a chord tone melody.
Reset Your Item Finder
- After successfully remove your item finder from Find My App, short press the item finder’s Function Button four (4) times rapidly, then long press for the 5th time until you hear a chord tone melody.
- The item finder is now reset successfully, and ready to be paired to a new Apple ID.
Replace the Battery
- Counter-clockwise push the battery compartment door rotation button.
- Remove the battery compartment door.
- Unscrew the screw.
- Remove the battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery in the device with the positive side (+) facing up.
- Tighten the screw.
- Place the battery compartment door on the device.
- Clockwise push the battery compartment door rotation button until rotation stops.
Anti-Stalking Feature
If other’s Find My network items are mixed with your belongings, the items will be detected with you when they are out of range from their owners, and you will receive a notification by the following ways:
If you have an iPhone, iPad, or iPad touch, Find My app will send a notification to your Apple device, tap the Detected item and tap “Play Sound” to find it. This feature is available on iOS, iPadOS 14.5 or later.
