Here are a couple of solutions: 1) Check if the slide rail is damaged, such as the ball of the slide rail falling out. If this is the case, please contact us for replacement drawer slides. 2) Refer to the assembly manual to ensure that the holes for the drawer slides are properly aligned. If the assembly is correct but the drawer slides get stuck during the insertion process, try removing the entire drawer by using the release button on the slides (Left Side Up and Right Side Down), and then reinsert it again.
