VINGLI Inground Pool Cover Reel

The VINGLI Inground Pool Cover Reel is a product designed to help you easily roll up and store your pool cover. It comes with a variety of parts that are necessary for its assembly and usage. The product is shipped in two separate boxes and may arrive separately. The first box contains parts numbered #1 to

23, while the second box contains Tube Bx1 and Tube A x2 (with one Tube A

inside of Tube B).

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Assembling the Reel

1. Retrieve the following parts: #1, #3, #7 (x2), and #19 (x2).
2. Attach part #3 to part #1.
3. Attach parts #7 (x2) to part #19.

Step 2: Attaching Tube A and Tube B

Note: Tube A and Tube B are included for backup purposes.

1. Retrieve Tube A (x2) and Tube B (x1).
2. Connect Tube A and Tube B together.
3. Note that there are two sides on Tube A. Try fitting one side into Tube B. If it doesn’t fit, try the other side. One side will fit perfectly into Tube B.

Step 3: Securing the Reel to the Deck

Note: Parts #11 and #18 are optional and only needed if you live in a windy area.

1. If needed, use parts #11 and #18 to secure the non-wheeled side of the reel to your deck.

Step 4: Attaching Parts to Tube A

1. Retrieve the following parts: #9, #10, #13 (x4), and Tube A (x2).
2. Attach part #13 to both ends of Tube A, fitting it with parts #9 and #10.

Step 5: Fixing Overlaps and Measurements

1. Retrieve the following parts: #2, #8, #12, #16, and #17.
2. Use a ruler to measure the overlap of the tube and fix it with screws.
3. Ensure that part #17 passes through the bigger hole if it is too short.

Step 6: Pool Width and Tube Overlaps

Note: The pool width and tube overlaps will vary depending on the size of your pool.

Step 7: Using the Correct Screws

Note: The type of screws used will depend on whether you have a screw driller or not.

1. If you have a screw driller, use #15 screws. If not, use #14 screws.
2. We suggest using #15 screws to ensure they do not fall out over time.

Step 8: Securing the Non-Wheeled Side

Note: Parts #11 and #18 are optional and only needed if you live in a windy area.

1. Use parts #11 and #18 to secure the non-wheeled side of the reel to your deck.

Step 9: Strap Movement and Clip Usage

It is normal for the strap to have slight movement to ensure even force distribution when rolling up or unrolling the cover. Ensure that the white clip is tightly locked onto your cover. The clip is for one-time use, but four additional white clips are provided as backups. If you need more clips, please contact our support team at support@vingli.com.

Step 10: Reeling the Cover

If your pool is not a regular shape, place the reel in the middle of your pool for easier cover reeling. Refer to step 11b in the manual for more information.

Additional Notes

• The product may ship in more than one box and may arrive separately.
• If you are having trouble aligning the poles correctly, check the shapes of the grooves on Tube A and Tube B. Line up the grooves and insert Tube A into Tube B. If it still doesn’t work, try flipping Tube A or Tube B to the other side and try again.
• This instructions detail the assembly of your product. Please read these instructions carefully and ensure that they are followed at all times.

Part#19,#20 has redundant for backup! Parts #11,#18 are not really needed, unless you living in windy city. Use part #11 & #18 to secure the non-wheeled side to your deck.

Parts needed

• Parts needed: #4,#5,#6,#20

NOTE: We suggest you use hammer to knock number # 20 into # 6.

Parts needed:Tube A x 2，Tube B x 1 (NOTE: 1 of Tube A inside of Tube B)

• Please connect Tube A and Tube B for backup.
• NOTE: There are two side on tube A, only one side of them can fit into tube B, please try two side, if one side can’t fit,then just try another side, it will absolutely fit into the tube B.

Parts needed: #9,#10,#13 x 4,Tube A x 2

• Use part #13 fitting part #9 and #10 to 2 end Tube A

• Parts needed:#2,#8,#12,#16,#17

Use ruler to measure the overlap of the tube then fix it with screws. We have list the overlaps size for your refer.

DIMENSIONS

• If you have a screw driller, you could use #15 screws, if not, please use #14 screws.
• We suggest you use #15 screws to fix it in case #14 screws fall out the tube when use it for a long time.

• Parts #11,#18 are not really needed, unless you living in windy city. Use part #11 & #18 to secure the non-wheeled side to your deck.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Please note slight movement of the strap is normal because the flexible straps are design to ensure the force to be even when roll up or out the cover.

• Please insure the white clip lock tightly in your cover, the clip only for once use, we have send 4 more white clips for your back up use. If you need more clips, please contact our support team at support@vingli.com
• If your pool is not regular shape, please put this reel on the midle of your pool so that you can reel the cover more easily.

NOTE

• Item ship in more than one box and may arrive separately.
• How to get the poles to line up correctly？
• Please find the shapes of the grooves on tube A and Tube B, then line up the grooves and insert tube A to Tube B. If it still can’t work, please convert the tube A (or tube B) from one side to another side, then try it again.
• If your pool is not regular shape (like bean shape pool, kidney shaped, odd shaped, Marilyn Monroe shape, or Oyster shaped pool), please put this reel on the midle of your pool so that you can reel the cover more easily. Please refer to 11b in the manual.
