Q: Can this product be used outdoors?
A: No, this product is designed for indoor use only.
Q: How often should I replace the filters?
A: Filters should be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage and environmental conditions.

Pairing Diagram
- Ensure the earphones are off. Press and hold the multifunction button for about 3 seconds until the blue light flashes once, and then the red and blue lights will flash alternately (pairing mode). Wait for the connection.
- Enable the Bluetooth function on your phone (or other Bluetooth device) and search for nearby devices. Select “EW Wear 1” from the list of found devices and enter the password “0000” (most phones do not require a password). Once paired, the earphone indicator light will turn off, indicating a successful pairing. You can now use the earphones for calls and music.

ON/OFF switch
- For the first-time use, take the earbuds from the charging case and peel off the protective film. Once put into the charging case, the earbuds will turn off and initiate recharging automatically. When taken out from the charging case, the earbuds will turn on automatically.
- After use, put the earbuds into the charging case, and it will turn off automatically.
How to pair
- Take it out of the charging case and turn it on
- The earphones flash red and blue alternately (pairing mode)
- Open the settings of your phone/tablet—Bluetooth–Turn on Bluetooth–Search—EW Wear 1—Pair/Connect–Play music.
Pair with PC/Laptop
- Open computer settings – devices – Bluetooth and other devices – turn on Bluetooth add Bluetooth or other devices – search for Bluetooth devices – EW Wear 1 pair/connect – play music.
Note : If the computer does not have Bluetooth, please insert a Bluetooth adapter and download the Bluetooth driver before using it normally.
How to reset
When the headset is off, press the on/off key for 8 seconds. Put the headset into the charging compartment, and the headset will automatically turn off and start charging. After taking out the headset, the headset will turn on automatically, and the reset is completed.
How to recharge the earbuds
- put the headset in the charging case, the headset will be automatically turned off and then charged. The display lights up to show the current power of the charging chamber, indicating that the charging chamber is charging the headset.
- When the headset is fully charged, the red light of the headset indicator will be off.
How to recharge the charging case
- Please use a mobile phone adapter to recharge the charging case You may charge via a Type-C cable connected to a computer, or other charger with a Type-C interface.
- The digital display of the charging case will indicate the recharging process, and 100% battery level means fully recharged.

Waterproof specification
Waterproof in daily activities (including sweating, rain, face-washing, and showering, except swimming in water, etc.)
Note that the Wireless signal of mobile phones can’t be transmitted in water.

- Please avoid disassembling/reassembling the product in case of failure or fire accident.
- Please keep away from corrosive liquids to prevent the product from being damaged.
- Please avoid exposure to extreme temperatures below 10°C, or above 60°C.
- Please keep it beyond the reach of kids or pets.
- Please mind contact with sharp objects to avoid scratches.
- Please avoid use on thundering and rainy days to prevent damage or electrical shock.
- In the case of non-use for above a month, please charge regularly for maintenance.
- As the Wireless signal cannot transmit in water, it is not suitable for swimming or diving.
Why I cannot detect Wireless? Why did Wireless pairing fail?
- The wireless range is 10m; please ensure no obstacles and place the mobile phone close to the earbuds.
- If the earbuds are connected to other mobile phones or devices, please disconnect them first.
- Please reboot the Wireless device and reset the earbuds.
Why is there no sound from the earbud, or the music is disconnected?
- Please ensure the charging cable or mobile phone charger is in a good state and with proper connection.
- To ensure proper connection, “Press the earbuds to fully connect to the charging point of the charging case”
- The earbud charging points might be stained with dust or sweat. When placing them into the charging case for recharging, please clean them with alcohol or cloth.
- Please wipe the sweat from the earbuds before putting it into the charging case, and the indicator lights will turn on.
Why do the earbuds turn off automatically?
Please ensure sufficient battery level. In addition, the earbuds will automatically disconnect Wireless for 10mins. Place the earbuds back to the charging case and they will restart after recollecting.
Why cannot I recharge the charging case?
- Please ensure the charging cable or mobile phone charger is in a good state and with proper connection.
- To ensure proper connection, press the earbuds to fully connect to the charging points of the charging case.
- The earbud charging points might be stained with dust or sweat. When placing them into the car charging case for recharging, please clean them with alcohol or cloth.
- Please wipe the sweat from the earbuds before putting it into the charging case, and the indicator lights will turn on.
- Once the prompt tone ” low battery” appears, please recharge the earbuds. When the number displayed by the LED lights on the charging case reaches “10”, please recharge the charging case. Please pay attention to not using up the battery of the earbuds and charging case, as it may shorten the service life of the built-in lithium battery.
Safety Precautions
To guarantee the service life of the quality earbuds, please refer to the instructions as follows:
- Please keep away from high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive environments.
- Please avoid bumping, falling, bending, soaking, and etc..
- Please do not disassemble the earbuds or charging case.
- Please do not overcharge for a long time, this will shorten the service life.
- in the case of feeling any discomfort or pain, please stop using the product.
- Please use a certified DC 5V-1A adaptor from the manufacturer under the supervision of regulatory authorities.Repeated charging and discharging will impair the battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable electronic products.
