The product is a chair that consists of a backrest, a seat base with armrests, a chair mechanism, and a five-star base. It comes with M6 and M8 end Hex Allen keys for assembly.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the four M8 screws from the backrest using the M8 end of the Hex Allen key. Align the backrest and the rear of the seat base.
- Use the M8 end of the Hex Allen key and the M8 screws to attach the backrest to the seat.
- Attach the right side cover to the support bracket on the chair. Then, fasten the M6 screws using the M6 end of the Hex Allen key.
- Attach the left side cover to the support bracket on the chair. Then, fasten the M6 screws using the M6 end of the Hex Allen key.
- Remove the four M8 screws with the M8 end of the Hex Allen key from the bottom of the seat base. Align the chair mechanism according to the directions on the bottom of the seat base. Attach the chair mechanism by using the M8 screws.
- Insert the wheels into the five-star base until they click into place.
- Insert the gas-lift cylinder into the five-star base, and then slide the cylinder cover over the cylinder.
- Align the base and chair, and then connect them by inserting the gas-lift cylinder into the opening on the chair mechanism.
- Pull the straps of the detachable lumbar cushion through the backrest openings from front to back. Connect both buckles from the bottom and top of the backrest to secure and adjust the lumbar cushion.
- Pull the straps of the detachable headrest cushion through the backrest openings. Connect the buckle to secure the headrest cushion.
Make sure to follow the provided installation procedures for proper assembly.
Additionally, it is important to note the following:
- Do not place the chair near flammables due to the fire hazard risk.
- HP recommends placing soft coverings beneath the chair when using it on hard floors to avoid damage.
- Avoid placing the chair in direct sunlight.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean and maintain the chair. Do not apply corrosive chemicals to the chair.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Remove the four M8 screws from the backrest using the M8 end of the Hex Allen key. Align the backrest and the rear of the seat base.
- Use the M8 end of the Hex Allen key and the M8 screws to attach the backrest to the seat
- Attach the right side cover to the support bracket on the chair. Then, fasten the M6 screws using the M6 end of the Hex Allen key.
- Attach the left side cover to the support bracket on the chair. Then, fasten the M6 screws using the M6 end of the Hex Allen key.
- Remove the four M8 screws with the M8 end of the Hex Allen key from the bottom of the seat base. Align the chair mechanism according to the directions on the bottom of the seat base. Attach the chair mechanism by using the M8 screws
