Remote Controller Function

  • Press the ‘ON’ during charging, the luminaire will light up for 10 seconds and then turn off automatically, returning to normal working mode.
Press the ‘OFF’, the luminaire goes into standby mode and does not emit any lighting output during the night. The luminaire will automatically turn on the following night.

Sensor mode

  • The Luminaire will detect sunset and turn on automatically with High bright mode and remains on until the battery is low. If motion is detected, the intensity will increase to 100% for 15 seconds, which typically occurs after 3 hours in the state of the full charged battery.
  • The Luminaire will detect sunset and turn on automatically with Medium bright mode and remains on until the battery is low. If motion is detected, the intensity will increase to 100% for 15 seconds, which typically occurs after 6 hours in the state of the full charged battery.
  • The Luminaire will detect sunset and turn on automatically with Low bright mode and remains on until the battery is low. If motion is detected, the intensity will increase to 100% for 15 seconds, which typically occurs after approximately 12 hours in the state of the full charged battery.

Non-Sensor mode

  • Press the ‘ON’ while the luminaire is in working mode, the motion sensor function will turn off.
  • (Press the ‘ON’ again to reactivate the motion sensor function)
  • The luminaire will detect sunset and turns on automatically with High bright mode and remains on until the battery is low, which typically occurs after approximately 3 hours in the state of the full charged battery.
  • The luminaire will detect sunset and turns on automatically with Medium bright mode and remains on until the battery is low, which typically occurs after approximately 6 hours in the state of the full charged battery.
  • The luminaire will detect sunset and turns on automatically with Low bright mode and remains on until the battery is low, which typically occurs after approximately 12 hours in the state of the full charged battery.
  • Note
  • Before installation, please press the switch button on the luminaire to activate the luminaire, this will bring out the luminaire from sleep and activate remote control function.
  • To force the luminaire to sleep mode (say for storage purpose), please press the switch button on the luminaire.
  • The factory default working mode for this luminaire is ‘M’ (Medium bright mode) with motion sensor function.
  • The remote control comes with a CR2025 button battery which is expected to be replaced one year from the manufacturing date. Lighting output is not constant output, it will be gradually dimming down along with battery capacity lower.

Application Notes:

Try to install in a sunny place that is not shaded by trees, building, walls etc. so that the Solar panel receive maximum Sunlight for charging the battery. Shading or rainy day, light on duration time will be less.

  • Charge the product under Sunlight for 8 hours before first use.
  • After installation, the working modes can be set from infrared remote controller.
  • This product does not need any external electrical connection. It works 100% on solar energy.
  • Detection of Sunset is based on light intensity falling on solar panel.
  • The battery backup time will reduce if the ambient temperature is < O degree Celsius.
  • The product is designed for use on Landscape, Walkway, Garden, Lawns, etc.
  • This product contains lithium batteries. lt is important to note that if the battery is not used for a long period of time 11months from date of manufacturing). Please refer to the date  of manufacturing on the package label and product label. lt may be in some state of over-discharge due to its self-discharge characteristics.
