Using “Find My” App
Turn on the product
Long press the product button for 5 seconds and the device beeps and turns on.
Pairing
- Open Apple “Find My” app
- Bring the product close to your iPhone, tap “Items” >> “Add New Item” >> “Other Supported Items”
- For the device named as TM-10, select “Connect”
- Enter “Custom name” to label the product and choose an emoji for it
- Consent to link the product with your Apple ID
- Tap “Finish” to complete the pairing process
Enable lost mode
- Open the Apple “Find My” app. Tap “Devices” at the bottom of the screen and select the device you wish to put into Lost Mode.
- Click “Enable” under “Lost Mode” section .
- Proceed with the on-screen prompts and click “Continue” to enter your contact number or email.
- Tap “Next” to confirm contact information. Select “Enable” again to completesettings.
Remove the product
- Open the “Find My” app, click “Devices” at the bottom of the screen, and choose your device’s name.
- Scroll to “Remove Item” at the bottom of the list and tap “Remove” to complete the operation.
Note: After removing the product in the app, the product will not shut down but still in pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 10 minutes, it will exit the pairing state. To pair the product, press the button once. The product will ring and indicate it can be re-paired with the app.
Using the Product
Turn on
Long press the product button for 5 seconds, the product beeps and turns on.
Check the product status
Double click the product button and the product beeps, indicating that the
product is working. If it does not beep, it means the product is turned off.
Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn on the product.
Re-pairing status
After removing the product in the app, the product will beep. It will not shut
down but still in the pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 10
minutes, theproduct will exit the pairing state.To pair the product, press the
button once. The product will ring and indicate itcan be re paired with the
app.
Reset
Turn on the product and double-click the button, the product will beep. Then
long press the button for about 10 seconds, the product will beep at the 2nd
second and 10th second. Release the button to complete the factory reset.
Turn off
Quickly press the product button 5 times within 2 seconds, the product will
beep and turn off.
Replacing the Battery
- Rotate the cover clockwise and open the product from the notch side.
- Remove the cover and battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 lithium 3V coin battery (Positive side upward).
- Rotate the cover counterclockwise until it stops. Long press the button for 5 seconds to turn on the product.
Product Care and Precautions
- Please read the user manual prior to operation, or it may lead to loss, improper use and damage to the equipment.
- Do not expose the product to humid environments or soak it in liquids.
- Do not drop, strike, disassemble or attempt to repair the product on your own.
- Do not leave the product in extremely hot or cold place for a long time.
- Do not leave the product in a vehicle, as the exposure to high temperatures from sunlight may cause damage to the product.
- Stop using the product immediately and contact the support center for assistance in cases of any defects or malfunctions in the product.

The product is designed for safe operation in non-tropical climates and at
altitudes not exceeding 2km above sea level. KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF
CHILDREN Swallowing may lead to serious injury in as little as 2 hours or
death, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus. If
you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery immediately
call the 24-hour Poison Information Centre for fast expert advice.
