Before using this device, please read the instruction manual carefully.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• This device is intended for private use, not for commercial use.
• Never use the device near baths, wash basins, showers or other objects containing water or other liquid. Make sure that your hands are dry.
• Never submerge the device in water or other liquids.
• Keep metal objects (such as jewellery) away from the air intake to prevent them from being sucked in.
• Do not insert any objects into the casing.
• If the device has been dropped or has suffered any other damage, it must no longer be used.
• Do not cover the hair dryer, air blower or air inlet.
• Do not use the hair dryer on synthetic hair.
• Do not pull, twist or bend the mains cable and do not pull or route it over/on sharp objects or hot surfaces.
• It is forbidden to use the appliance if it has a damaged power cord. In this case, contact a qualified service technician.

USING THE HAIR DRYER

• Plug the power cable into the socket!
• Use the sliding switch to select the required setting (low or high).
• Use the nozzle to blow the air in one direction with the hairdryer.
• The cold air makes it easy to fix your hair. The function can be activated by pressing and holding the Cold air button. As long as you hold the button down, the appliance will blow cold air. As soon as you release the button, it will return to the previously selected temperature setting.
• Unplug the appliance after drying is complete.
• Let the hair dryer cool down completely!

IONIC FUNCTION

The ionizing function reduces static, leaving hair effortlessly manageable, soft, shiny and smooth. The function works automatically when you switch on the hairdryer.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

• After each use, unplug the appliance and wait until it has cooled down completely.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid!
• Wipe the appliance with a dry cloth only!
• Wipe accessories with a slightly damp cloth and dry them!
• Be sure to remove dust, lint and hair from the appliance, from grille and lint filter before each use! This is best done with a soft bristle brush.
• Store the appliance in its box to avoid dust!
