How To Set Up Your MagSafe Compatible 3-in-1 Portable Charger
- Carefully remove the portable charger and the USB-C cable from the packaging.

Understanding The LED Light On Your MagSafe Compatible 3-in-1 Portable
Charger
The LED light on your MagSafe Compatible 3-in-1 Portable Charger provides important information about the charging status of your devices. Here’s what you need to know:
-
Power On
- The LED light turns on when the power adaptor is plugged in and the cable is attached.
- If the power adaptor is 24W or greater, the LED light flashes twice in green.
- If the power adaptor you are using is less than 24W, the LED light will still flash twice in green, but the charger won’t perform correctly. We recommend using a 24W or higher power adaptor.
- When the MagSafe Compatible 3-in-1 Portable Charger is in standby mode, the LED light is not lit.
-
MagSafe Charging
- The LED light “breathes” green when a device is placed on the MagSafe module.
- When the device is fully charged, the LED light stays solid green.
-
Wireless Earbuds Charger
- The LED light “breathes” green when a device is placed on the earbuds charger.
- When the device is fully charged, the LED stays solid green.
-
Non-Magnetic Alignment
- Place smaller devices in the centre of the wireless earbuds groove.
- For slightly larger devices, rest them on the top of the wireless earbuds groove. Note that a large secondary device may impede use of the Apple Watch charger.
-
Apple Watch Charging
There is no LED feedback when a watch is placed on the Apple Watch charger. The feedback is provided by the device itself. -
Troubleshooting: Over-voltage protection and low-voltage protection
If the LED lights flickers continuously, over-voltage or low-voltage protection has activated, which suggests a low-quality power adaptor. Try using a different one. -
Troubleshooting: Foreign Object Detection
If the LED continuously flashes green, check that the device is correctly aligned and that there are no metal objects between the device and the charger.
