Product Usage Instructions
How to Connect:
- Pick up both earbuds, remove their isolation films, and push them back in the case. Close the lid to activate them.
- Pick up the earbuds again.
- On your phone, search and tap on “QCY MeloBuds 2” to connect.
Multi-Point Connection:
- Power on the earbuds to make them connectable. Connect to Device A and turn off Bluetooth on Device A.
- On Device B, search and tap on “QCY MeloBuds 2” to connect.
- On Device A, tap on “QCY MeloBuds 2” to complete the Multi-Point Connection.
Factory Reset:
If you can’t connect the earbuds to your phone, try the following steps:
- Pick up both earbuds and ensure they are disconnected from all devices.
- Tap both earbuds five times to reset them to factory settings (LEDs blink white five times).
- Refer to the First-Time Connection steps to reconnect them to your phone.

How to Connect
First-Time Connection:
- Pick up both earbuds, remove their isolation films, and push them back in case. Then close the lid to activate them.
- Pick up them again.
- On the phone, search and tap QCY MeloBuds 2 to connect.
Multi-Point Connection
Steps for Multi-Device Connection:
- Power on earbuds and they will auto-become connectable. Connect them to Device A then turn o Bluetooth on Device A.
- On Device B, search and tap QCY MeloBuds 2 to connect.
- On Device A, tap QCY MeloBuds 2 to finish Multi-Point Connection.
Factory Reset
(Try the following if you can’t connect the earbuds to the phone) Pick up both earbuds and make sure they are disconnected from all devices. Tap both earbuds 5 times to reset them to factory(LEDs blink white 5 times).
- Refer to First-Time Connection to get them connected to the phone.
How to Wear
- Put on earbuds and rotate and adjust them to fit yourself.
- Move the mic towards your mouth.
- Improper wear might lead to a bad use experience.
LEDs on Earbuds
The LEDs will glow solid red when the earbuds are charged and turn white for
10s when topped up.
LED on Case
- The LED will blink white when the case is charged and turn white when topped up.
- If the case has enough power, the LED will turn on white for 4s once the earbuds are pushed in.
- If its power is low, the LED will blink white for 4s once they are pushed in.
Functions
- Power-on: Open the lid and pick up the earbuds Pick up both earbuds and keep touching the panels for 2s
- Power-off: Push them back in the case and close the lid
- Answer/end call: Double-touch the panels
- Ignore call: Keep touching either panel for 1.5s
- Playback/pause: Double touch either panel
- Skip track forward: Triple touch the right panel
- Voice assistant: Triple touch the left panel
- Low latency mode: Keep touching the left panel
- Switch mode: Keep touching the right panel to switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency Mode

If any defects occur due to quality issues within the warranty period, kindly bring both the warranty card and the purchase receipt to the authorized dealer for complimentary replacement services.
The manufacturer’s warranty is void under the following circumstances but not limited to:
- Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
- Accident, misuse, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
- The use of unspecified adapters and accessories.
- Malfunctions or damages resulting from natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
