Remove the protective stickers!
Multi-connection (Fig. 5)
The earphones can be connected to two devices at the same time, e.g., a tablet
and a phone.
- Disconnect from device 1.
- Pair with device 2.
- Connect with device 1 again.
QILIVE SMART APP
- On your device, download Qilive Smart App from App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code.
- Open the App, tap “+” to add the earbuds.
- Follow App instructions to finish.
RESET
- Turn off Bluetooth on all devices. Delete all pairing records from the Bluetooth list if needed.
- Remove earbuds from the charging case.
- Tap either earbud 5 times, the earbuds will turn off with a notification sound.
- Put the earbuds back and close the lid.
- Pair earbuds with your device again.
