Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Planning and Preparation

• Decide where to place the light strips and ensure the wiring is long enough for the control box placement. Use extension wires as needed.

Step 2: Control Box Installation

• Secure the control box in the desired location using Velcro or zip ties. Ensure it is protected from moisture.

Step 3: Light Strips Installation

• Secure the light strips using zip ties, keeping the wiring away from moving parts. Waterproof LED connectors with heat shrink tube or electrical tape.

Step 4: Operating the Lights

• Use the E-Z Remote or Keychain Remote to control the lights.
• Select colors, and patterns, adjust brightness, and switch on/off as needed.

Optional Upgrade

• If desired, upgrade to the AURA Pro Bluetooth Control Box for smartphone control capabilities.

FAQ

Q: Can I connect more than 6 AMP / 12V to the kit?

A: No, connecting more than the specified amperage/voltage may cause early failure. Use a voltage reducer if your battery exceeds 12V.

Q: Are the LED connectors waterproof?

A: No, the LED connectors are not waterproof. Use a heat shrink tube or electrical tape to protect them from moisture.

Q: What do I do if I need help with installation?

A: If you are unsure about installing the product, seek professional assistance. Improper installation may void the product warranty.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1 Decide where to locate the light strips and ensure the wiring has enough length for the control box to be installed in the desired location.

CAUTION! BEFORE YOU START

• Connecting more than 6 AMP /12 V will override the kit and cause early failure, it must be powered to a 6 AMP /12 V or less. You will need a voltage reducer if your battery is more than 12V.
• We provide multiple sets of extension wires for you to configure. You may connect or customize them to extend them wherever you want to install them.

INSTALLATION

• STEP 2 Secure the Control box in the desired location with Velcro or zipties.
• CONTROL BOX NOT WATERPROOF Ensure the control box is safely and securely hidden from exposing elements of moisture.
• STEP 3 Secure the light strips using the zip ties to tie all the wiring away from the moving components.
• IMPORTANT: The LED connectors are not waterproof. You will need to use HEAT SHRINK TUBE or ELECTRICAL TAPE around the LED connectors to ensure the longevity of the lighting kit.
• STEP 4 Using the included E-Z Remote or Keychain Remote select your desired color or pattern.

OPTIONAL UPGRADE

Upgrade your Aura Original Control Box to the Aura Pro Bluetooth Control Box. All new AURA Pro Bluetooth is App-enabled by a smartphone controller (iOS & Android Compatible).
