Setup

NAME OF EACH PART

BIGBIG WON APP
This controller can be adjusted in real time through the BIBIG WON app, or you can use the shortcut setting to adjust the parameters without using the app. With the BIGBIG WON app, you can fine-tune the controller’s light effects, motion control, joystick, triggers, buttons, and macros, which are richer and easier to operate within the app compared to the shortcut setting.

TURN ON/OFF
Press HOME button for 2 seconds to turn on/off the controller.

CONNECTION

There are three connection methods for these controllers, 2.4G connection/Bluetooth connection/wired connection. The connection methods are described as follows:

2.4G connection:
The 2.4G adapter and the controller have been paired by default, so after the controller is turned on, the connection can be completed by inserting the 2.4G adapter into the console; if it is not connected, it needs to be re- paired, the operation is as follows:

  1. After the adapter is plugged into the console, press and hold the button on the adapter until the adapter indicator blinks fast, which means the adapter enters the pairing mode.
  2. After the controller is turned on, press and hold the pairing button on the top, the HOME button will blinks fast, which means the adapter enters the pairing mode.
  3. Wait for a few moments, both the adapter and controller’s HOME button will stay on, it means the pairing is done.

Bluetooth connection:

  1. After the controller is turned on, switch to the corresponding mode (input or switch mode), and then press and hold down the pairing button on the top for 2 seconds, the HOME button will flash fast to indicate that it enters the pairing mode.

  2. To connect to Switch, go to “System Settings – Controllers and Sensors – Change Grip/Order” on your device and wait for a few moments to complete the pairing.

  3. When connecting to PC and mobile phone, you need to search for the controller signal in the Bluetooth list of PC or mobile phone, the controller’s Bluetooth name is Xbox Wireless Controller in Xinput mode. And in switch mode, it is called Pro controller. After finding the corresponding signal, click Connect, and wait for a moment.

  4. After Bluetooth pairing, the HOME button stays on. (Which of the channel indicators lights up in Switch mode depends on the order in which the controller is plugged into the console)
    Wired connection: after the controller is turned on, use the Type-C cable to connect the controller to the console.

    • This controller supports both Xinput and Switch modes, the default is Xinput mode.
    • Steam: It is recommended to block steam output to protect the controller’s original input.
    • Switch: After wired connection to switch, you need to open “Settings – Controllers and Sensor – Pro Controller Wired Connection”.

MODE SWITCH
The controller supports two modes: Xinput and Switch. Before connecting, you need to switch to the corresponding mode in order to use it.

  1. Press and hold the B+HOME button for 2 seconds until the HOME indicator turns green to switch to Xinput mode.
  2. Press and hold the A+HOME button for 2 seconds until the HOME light turns red to switch to Switch mode. Note: Bluetooth connection between iOS and Android platforms must be switched to Xinput mode first.

MAPPING

The controller is equipped with four remappable additional buttons and compatible with button mapping settings.
The settings are as follows:

Set Mapping:

  1. Press and hold the Remap button + (M1/M2/M3/M4) for 2 seconds, and the indicator of the FN button light will be in breath mode, indicating that it is in mapping mode;
  2. Press the button on the front of the controller to be mapped to M1/M2/M3/M4 again and the FN indicator will flash twice to indicate that the mapping is complete.
    • Clear Mapping: Long press the “Button to be unmapped (M1/M2/M3/M4)” and double click the Remap button, the FN indicator will flash twice to indicate that the button’s mapping has been cleared.
    • Clear All Mapping: Double-click the Remap button and the FN indicator will flash twice to indicate that the key change settings have been cleared for all keys.
    • PC Tool: The shortcut setting only supports mapping the value of the controller’s buttons to the back buttons (M1/M2/M3/M4), but you can modify all the buttons of the controller with the PC tool.

TURBO

This controller supports setting turbo, and the supported buttons include A/B/X/Y. 1 / v/</→, LT/RT/LB/RB. M1/ M2/M3/M4 a total of sixteen buttons, and the settings are as follows:

  • Setting Turbos: Press and hold Turbo button + “button to be set”, the FN indicator will flash twice, which means it is turned on successfully.
  • When the turbo is triggered, the FN indicator will flash according to the turbo frequency.
    • Clear Single Turbo: Press and hold the “button to cancel turbo”, double click the Turbo button, the FN indicator light will flash twice, it means the turbo setting of this button has been cleared.
    • Clear All Turbo: Double-click the turbo button, the FN indicator blinks twice to indicate that the turbo settings for all buttons have been cleared.
    • Turbo Frequency: Press and hold FN + < to cycle between 5/s, 10/s and 20/s, default is 5/s.
  • PC Tool: After downloading the PC Tool, you can set the turbo setting for all buttons of the controller.

MACRO RECORDING

The controller supports recording macros, each set of macros must be bound to an additional button (M1/M2 /M3/M4) as a trigger; the buttons supported for recording are A/B/X/Y, 1 / \/</→, LB/RB/LT/RT, LS/RS, and the eight directions of the joystick. The settings are as follows:

  • Press and hold the Macro button + (M1/M2/M3/M4) for 3 seconds, the FN indicator will enter the breathing mode, which means the controller is ready to record macro.
  • Press any controller button to start recording, click the Macro button when recording is complete, and the FN indicator will flash twice to end the recording.
  • While the macro is running, the FN indicator is in slow blink mode until the macro is finished. To clear a single macro: press and hold the “button (M1/M2/M3/M4) to cancel macro”, then double click the macro button, the FN indicator will flash twice, indicating that the macro of the current button has been cleared. Clear all macros: Double-click the Macro button, the FN indicator will blink twice to indicate that the macros of all buttons have been cleared.
  • Shortcut settings are only available for basic macro functions. After downloading PC Tool, you can edit macros down to the duration and interval of each step. Moreover, PC Tool can store multiple sets of macros and generate macro libraries for instant selection and application.

SIMULATED MOTION CONTROL
This controller supports Simulated Motion Control, which can use the built-in gyroscope to simulate the data of the left and right joysticks, so as to realize the motion control of the game.

  • This function requires different parameters to be adjusted according to different games fora better experience, so it can only be turned on within the APP.

ON-BOARD CONFIGS

Switch mode:

  1. First click the Configs button so that the channel indicator changes from red to white, indicating that the configuration can now be switched. The four indicators in this mode represent four different on-board configurations.
  2. Click the Configs button again to switch configurations, and the indicators will switch in a top-down order, with the first indicator being on for the first on-board configuration, and so on.
  3. If the configuration is not switched within 5s, it will be automatically exited and the indicator will change from white to red to indicate the channel again.

Xinput Mode: No channels are indicated in this mode, so the indicator lights default to white, indicating which set of on-board configurations is currently in use. Clicking the Configs button in this mode will directly switch to the next set of configurations.
Reset Configuration: Press and hold the Configs button for 3 seconds to clear all settings for the current configuration slot.

DEADZONE OF JOYSTICK
The default setting of this controller has a certain amount of joystick dead zone, users who have the need for O dead zone can press FN + press down left OR right joysticks (LS/RS) to switch the 0/10 dead zone of the left and right joysticks respectively.

  • Note: If the joystick has 0 deadzone, it means higher control precision, but it will also lead to joystick drift in games with no deadzone.
  • The default second set of configurations is a 0 deadzone joystick configuration.

CALIBRATION

JOYSTICK CALIBRATION
When the joystick drifts severely, cannot be pushed to the maximum value, you can try to calibrate the joystick as follows:

  1. Press and hold View+Menu at the same time for 3 seconds, the left and right light bands will be in orange breathing mode at the same time, which represents entering calibration mode.
  2. Push the joystick to the limit and turn it in a circle at an even speed, repeat 3-5 times.
  3. Finally, press the View and Menu at the same time, the left and right light bands will double flash and then go out, which means the calibration is completed.

GYROSCOPE CALIBRATION
When the handle appears gyroscope drift, you can try to calibrate the gyroscope, the operation is as follows.

  1. Place the joystick on a horizontal desktop and press Menu+Screenshot at the same time, the left and right light bands will enter purple breathing mode at the same time, which means that it enters the calibration mode.
  2. Wait a few moments for the left and right light bands to turn purple and blink twice to indicate that calibration is complete.

VOLUME ADJUSTMENT
You can adjust the volume of the PC by pressing FN + ↑/↓.

VIBRATION CONTROL
The vibration motor can be turned on and off by pressing FN + →.

  • PC Tool: The shortcut settings only control the vibration on and off. After downloading the PC Tool, you can also adjust the start/maximum intensity of the vibration by using it.

BATTERY
When the power level is too low, the light bands on both sides of the controller will be forced to go out, and the configuration light will flash 10 times in red at a frequency of 2 times per second, once every five minutes. After connecting to the power supply, the light bands on both sides of the controller will light up, and the channel indicator will light up in cyclic progression, which means it is being charged. When the battery is fully charged, the charging light effect goes off and the channel indicator returns to its original state.

RESET
If the controller is misconfigured or functions abnormally, you can try to reset the controller to recover, the operation is as follows:
Long press the HOME button for 10s until the controller vibrates, which means the controller is finished resetting.
