Quick Installation and Maintenance Instruction

Preventive maintenance checks must be performed regularly to maintain the quality and performance of this product. Any parts that may be broken, missing, worn, distorted, or contaminated in any way should not be used and all affected parts should be replaced immediately. Should the necessity of any repair be suspected; please contact your local distributor.

Installation Instructions (AM-RX-LF2118)

With base 4 on its side connect upright outer pole to base using the long 6 mm hex screw and washer 7. Tighten with the large hex key provided. Tighten hardware as securely as possible. (To prevent loosening, periodically check that hardware remains securely tightened.) Reposition base upright.

Slide stainless steel inner pole 3 inside outer pole 2 with open end up. Make sure shock adsorbing spring (not shown) is inside the outer pole 2 and tightened.

Attach metal cuff storage basket 6 to platform 5 using 2x 3 mm hex screws 8 . Tighten with small hex key.

Attach clock android bracket 9 (with attached clock android 1 ) to platform 5 using 6 mm short hex screw and washer 7 . Tighten with large hex key.

Place assembly consisting of clock android 1 , metal cuff storage basket (not shown) and platform 5 on top of stainless steel inner pole 3 , making sure the steel inner pole goes completely inside collar. Use tightening device and small hex key as shown.

Connect coiled tubing (not shown) to gauge inlet (not shown).
Note: The coiled tubing may be difficult to connect; moisten with soapy water if necessary
Troubleshooting

Maintenance
It is recommended that once every three (3) months, the product be checked for looseness in the mount or orientation, and ensure the adapter is secure.
Warranty
During the term of the warranty (3 years), Amico Diagnostic Incorporated will either repair or replace any components determined by Amico Diagnostic Incorporated to be defective at no cost to the Customer. It shall be the Customer’s responsibility to return the Aneroid to Amico Diagnostic Incorporated. Shipping costs after the first twelve (12) months shall be borne by the Customer.
This warranty is valid only when the product has been properly installed according to Amico Diagnostic Incorporated’s specifications, used in a normal manner and serviced according to factory recommendations. It does not cover failures resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, misapplication, improper maintenance, shipping or damages that may be attributable to acts of God.
The term of this warranty begins from date of purchase from Amico Diagnostic Incorporated.
Calibration Warranty
During the term of calibration warranty (lifetime), Amico Diagnostic Incorporated will recalibrate the android at no charge should the aneroid deviate from the +/-3mmHg accuracy specification. It shall be the Customer’s responsibility to return the Aneroid to Amico Diagnostic Incorporated. Shipping costs after the first twelve (12) months shall be borne by the Customer.
Amico diagnostic incorporated does not honor verbal statements concerning the warranty.
The distributor and/or dealer are not sanctioned to create verbal warranties about the product. This warranty is inclusive and replaces all other warranties.
Amico diagnostic incorporated shall not be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, incidental or consequential.
All claims for warranty must first be approved by Amico Diagnostic Incorporated’s Service Department (accessories@amico.com or 1.877.264.2697). A valid Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number must be obtained from Amico Diagnostic Incorporated prior to commencement of any service work. Warranty work, which has not been pre-authorised by Amico Diagnostic Incorporated, will not be reimbursed.
