Charging use
When the earphone voltage is low, the red light flashes once every 10 seconds, and the low power alarm tone is displayed every 3 minutes. At this time, please connect the power adapter to charge the earphone, otherwise the earphone will automatically shut down when the earphone power is too low.
The headset is charged through the magnetic charging cable, and when the charging is complete, the work indicator changes from red (steady on) to ice blue (steady on). Note: “Please use a DC 5V power adapter that meets national standards and is CCC certified for charging”.
Bluetooth pairing
- First boot pairing:
In the shutdown state, long press the “+” key for 3 seconds, the ice blue light is on for 1 second, and the red/ice blue light is alternating Flash, the headset turns on and goes directly into pairing search mode, turn on the phone or smart electronic device, from the Bluetooth list, find “sanag B21S”, and click Connect. Once connected, the ice blue light flashes every 10 seconds.
Key operation

Turn on the Earphone:
In the shutdown state, long press the “+” key for 3 seconds, the ice blue light is on for 1 second, the red/ice blue light flashes alternately, and the headset is turned on. -
Earphone off:
When the headset is powered on, hold down the + key for 5 seconds, the red light blinks for 3 times, and then the headset is turned off. -
Disconnection, over-distance disconnection or device shutdown:
When the phone and headset exceed the Bluetooth connection distance, the phone and headset are disconnected. Return to the Bluetooth connection range of the headset and mobile phone within 5 minutes. The headset and mobile phone can be automatically connected back. If the headset is not connected after 5 minutes, the earphone will automatically shut down. -
Play/Pause:
Double click “+” button to play and pause the music. -
Volume plus/Next:
Click the key to increase the volume. Hold down the + key for 1 second to play the next song. -
Volume reduction/Previous:
Press the key to reduce the volume. Hold down the – key for 1 second to enter the previous song. -
Answer/Hang up calls:
When you receive a call, click the + key to answer it, and double click the + key to terminate the call. -
Refuse to answer the phone:
When an incoming call comes in, hold down the + key for 2 seconds. -
Start the voice assistant:
The Bluetooth is connected. Press the + key three times to enter the voice assistant. -
Low power alarm:
Alarm: When the headset power is insufficient, the red light flashes every 10 seconds, and the low power alarm tone is displayed every 3 minutes.
Matters needing attention
- No connection to any mobile phone, 5 minutes after the automatic shutdown.
- Please fully charge this product for first use.
- Do not dismantle or modify this product for any reason, otherwise it may cause fire, electronic breakdown or even complete damage to this product.
- If charging is complete, please disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger. The continuous charging time should not exceed 12 hours.
- Do not dispose of old batteries in old household garbage. Improper disposal of batteries may cause battery fire or explosion. Please comply with local regulations when disposing of this product, batteries and other accessories.
- Do not disassemble, impact, squeeze or put the battery into the fire. If there is serious expansion, do not continue to use. Batteries must not be exposed to excessive heat.
- Do not repair this product yourself.
- If consumers use a power adapter to charge, they should purchase a matching power adapter that is certified by CCC and meets the standard.
