Product Usage Instructions

Before First Use:

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Clean all accessories with hot water and dish soap.
  3. Wipe the appliance inside and out with a cloth.
  4. Install and connect the appliance following the manual.
  5. Apply anti-tear glue on the screw heads before use.

Control Panel:
The control panel allows you to set the temperature and timer for your cooking needs. Follow the manual for specific settings.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • This appliance can be used by children from 8 years and above and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • The appliance is intended for domestic use only as intended under this manual. Do not use the appliance outdoors. Do not use the appliance for commercial purposes.
  • This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
    • staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments;
    • farm houses;
    • by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential-type environments;
    • bed and breakfast type environments.
  • Before connecting the appliance to the electrical network, make sure that the voltage indicated in the technical characteristics on the label of the appliance corresponds to the voltage parameters of your electrical network.
  • Make sure that the power source to which the device will be connected is designed for a current of at least 10 A.
  • It is forbidden to use an extension cord to connect the appliance to the power supply.
  • The appliance is not designed to be controlled by an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
  • Do not use the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug, or if the appliance is not working properly or has been damaged. Contact an authorized service center for diagnostics or repair of the appliance.
  • Check the power cord and accessories for damage before each use. Do not use them if they are damaged.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service center, or similarly qualified personnel to avoid a hazard.
  • Make sure that the power cord does not hang over the edge of a table or other surface on which the appliance is placed, is not pinched, or touches sharp edges or a hot surface.
  • Do not connect the appliance to the mains with wet hands and do not use the control panel with wet hands.
  • Do not place the device under direct sunlight or in places with high humidity.
  • Do not install or use the appliance near flammable objects (tablecloths, curtains, wallpaper, etc.) to avoid ignition.
  • Install the device on a flat, stable surface. Do not place the device on plastic, wooden, or other non-heat-resistant surfaces.
  • When installing the appliance, leave at least 10 cm of free space behind and on the sides.

WARNING!
Hot surface! The external surfaces of the appliance may heat up and be hot during use.

The appliance may be hot during use. Do not touch hot segments, oven interior, heating elements, etc.

  • During cooking, hot steam comes out through the outlets of the appliance. Keep your hands and face a safe distance from outlets. Be aware of hot steam danger when you open the oven door during and after cooking. During cooking and after cooking, use a heat-resistant glove to open the door.
  • Appliance accessories may heat up during operation (basket, rack, tray, etc.). Do not touch them with your hands, use the handle or remover from the set, or heat-resistant glove.
  • Do not unplug the appliance immediately after cooking to avoid damaging it due to an increase in internal residual temperature.
  • After using the appliance, turn it off with the power button and then disconnect it from the mains. When disconnecting the device from the electrical network, do not pull on the cord, hold the plug.
  • Unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning or moving it. Before cleaning or moving the appliance, let it cool down first.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Remove all packaging materials and advertising stickers from the appliance.
  2. Clean all accessories with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe them dry or let them dry completely.
  3. Wipe the appliance inside and out with a cloth.
  4. Install and connect the appliance, guided by the points in the «Important safety precautions» section.
  5. During the first use, a slight smell and smoke may be observed; this is a normal phenomenon.
  6. Install the air outlet partition manually and apply anti-tear glue on the two screw heads before using the appliance. As shown in the picture below:

CONTROL PANEL

USE OF ACCESSORIES

  1. Drip & crumb tray: open the appliance door and place the tray in the direction and position in the lower part of the appliance chamber as shown in the figure below:

  2. Grill rack: insert the rack at one of the levels as shown in the figure below:

  3. Grid tray: insert the tray at one of the levels as shown in the figure below:
    Notes:

    • Before each cooking always install a drip & crumb tray in the lower part of the appliance chamber.
    • Use a heat-resistant glove to remove trays and racks from the appliance after cooking.
  4. Rotisserie remover: for safe removal of the rotisserie, skewers set, and rotating basket from the inner chamber.

  5. Rotisserie: for even cooking by rotating a large piece of meat, etc. Loosen the bolt on the V-shaped parts of the rotisserie which should be pulled through the meat. After that, the meat is fixed using V-shaped parts which in turn are fixed with bolts. Install the rotisserie in the grooves of the side walls of the device chamber as shown in the figure:

    • Note: rotisserie, skewers set and rotating basket use the same rotisserie spit rod:
  6. Rectangular basket with handle: install the handle by securing it in the corresponding slot on the basket. Place the grill rack on the lowest level in the inner chamber of the appliance and place the basket on it. Remove the handle and close the door. When cooking is complete, attach the handle to the basket, make sure that the handle and the basket are tightly connected and then remove the basket from the chamber.

  7. Rotating basket: install the rod in the rotating basket through the holes in the middle of the basket, and fix it with screws. Place the food to be cooked inside the basket and close the basket door by locking it with a latch. Install the basket in the grooves of the side walls of the device chamber, as shown in the figure:

  8. Skewers set: install the gears on the sides of the rod and fasten them with screws. Prepare skewers with stringed food for cooking and install them in the grooves on the gears. Install the skewers set in the grooves of the side walls of the appliance chamber, as shown in the figure:

Notes:

  • Choose the appropriate accessories for each dish.
  • It is recommended to use skewers set with the «Roast» cooking program.
  • Place food to be cooked at a distance of at least 40 mm from the heating element.
  • This appliance has a safety switch:

The appliance will start working only if the door is properly closed. If the door is not closed correctly, the appliance will beep when you press the start cooking button.

APPLIANCE USE

  1. Connect the appliance to the power supply – a sound signal will sound, the digital screen will light up and the indicators will flash. After that, the screen will turn off and the device will be in a shutdown state.
  2. Press the «On/Off» button – the indicator and the digital screen will light up – the appliance will go into standby mode.
  3. In standby mode, all buttons are blocked except «On/Off», «Menu» and «Delay start».
  4. If no operation is performed in standby mode for 60 seconds, the appliance will automatically turn off.
  5. In standby mode, press the «Menu» button to select a cooking program. After selecting the program, press the «On/Off» button to start cooking.
  6. After selecting the cooking program, if necessary, select the temperature and cooking time, turn on/off the lower and/or upper heating element, set the delayed start of cooking.
  7. After cooking turn off the appliance with the «On/Off» button and unplug it.

Press a certain number of times until the indicator next to the desired cooking program lights up:

Note:
The larger the portion of the dish, the more time and temperature it takes to cook. Turn the food during cooking so that it cooks more evenly and better.

COOKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE SETTING

  1. After pressing the «Menu» button, press the «Temp.» button to change the cooking temperature, and the «Time» button to change the cooking time.
  2. While setting the cooking temperature, the icon flashes on the digital screen. Press the «+» and «-» buttons to increase or decrease the cooking temperature. Each press changes the temperature by 10 °C.
  3. When the icon is flashing, press the «+» and «-» buttons to set the desired cooking time. Each press changes the time by 1 minute.

HEATING MODES

By default, the programs «Chicken», «Keep warm», «Dehydration» and «Fermentation» are set to top heating, for the other 12 programs – top plus bottom heating. The upper heating element starts to heat up when the indicator lights up. The same applies to the lower heating element. For most preset programs, except for «Chicken», «Keep Warm», «Dehydration» and «Fermentation», top or bottom heating can be selected by pressing the appropriate button before cooking.

DELAY START FUNCTION
For the appliance to start cooking not immediately, but at the required time, perform the following actions:

  1. Select the required program with the «Menu» button.
  2. If necessary adjust the temperature and cooking time.
  3. Click the «Delay start» button and the delay time will be displayed on the screen (by default – 1 hour).
  4. Press the «+» and «-» buttons to adjust the cooking delay time. Each press changes the time by 1 minute, and pressing and holding changes the time by 10 minutes. Setting range: 1 minute/9 hours 59 minutes.
  5. Press the «On/Off» button to confirm the function, then the countdown will start.

PAUSE FUNCTION
If the door is opened during cooking, the appliance will automatically stop working. In this state, only the «On/Off» and «Rotisserie» buttons remain active, other buttons are blocked. Close the door and the appliance will continue to work.

Note:
If the door is not closed in 10 minutes, the appliance will automatically switch off.

ROTISSERIE ROTARY FUNCTION
Press the button «Rotisserie» to turn on the rotation for the rotisserie, rotating basket, or skewers set. When turned on, the corresponding indicator will light up. Press the button again to cancel the rotation function. The rotation mode is set by default.

Note:
recommended total weight of products for the rotisserie ≤ 1.2 kg. If products are heavier, use other accessories from the set, for example, a rotating basket or skewers set.

CLEANING AND CARE

  • Before cleaning the appliance, switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the outlet.
  • Clean only after the appliance has cooled down.
  • Do not use abrasive detergents, any organic solvents, or aggressive chemicals.
  • Never clean the appliances and accessories in the dishwasher.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
  • Use normal non-abrasive products and, if necessary, a wooden or plastic tool.
  • Never use a steel sponge or a sharp knife, this can damage the surface of the appliance.
  • To clean the inside of the appliance, wipe the walls, bottom, and door with a cloth dampened in a mild soapy solution, then wipe with a dry, clean cloth.
  • Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth.
  • Allow the appliance to cool and dry completely before storing it. If the appliance is not going to be used for a long time, make sure it is clean and free of food residue. Store in the box in a clean, dry place.

ERROR CODES

  • E1 NTC sensor open circuit
    Might be loose or not connected, contact an authorized service center.

  • E2 Sensor short circuit
    Might be sensor damage, contact an authorized service center.

  • E3 Circuit board connection error
    Might be wire installation misalignment or broken wires, contact an authorized service center.

Warranty Conditions

The plant guarantees normal operation of the product within 12 months from the date of the sale, provided that the consumer complies with the rules of operation and care provided by this Manual.
The service life of the product is 5 years.

To avoid any misunderstanding we kindly ask you to carefully study the Owner’s Manual, and the terms of warranty, and check the correctness of filling out the Warranty Card. The Warranty Card is valid only if the following information is correct and stated: model, serial number of the product, date of sale, clear seals of the company-seller, and signature of the buyer. The model and serial number of the product must correspond to those specified in the Warranty Card. If these terms are violated, and if the information specified in the Warranty Card is changed, erased, or rewritten, the Warranty Card is considered invalid.

Setup and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the appliance are described in the attached documentation; they can be carried out both by the user and by specialists having the necessary qualifications set by USC or selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (the institution) installing the appliance shall be responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setup). Please pay attention to the importance of the correct installation of the appliance, both for its reliable operation and for obtaining a warranty and free service. Require the installation specialist to enter all the necessary information about the installation in the Warranty Card.

In case of failure of the appliance during the warranty period by the fault of the manufacturer, the owner is entitled to free warranty repair upon presentation of the correctly filled Warranty Card together with the appliance in the factory configuration packed in the original packaging to the warranty workshop or the place of its purchase. Satisfaction of the customer’s claim due to the fault of the manufacturer shall be made by the law «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights». In the case of warranty repair, the warranty period shall be extended for the period of repair and shipment.

We ask you to keep the coupon during the warranty period. When purchasing a product, require a full warranty card.

  1. Warranty service is carried out only if there is a correctly and filled original warranty card, which indicates: the product model, date of sale, serial number, warranty service period, and the seller’s seal. *
  2. The service life of household appliances is 5 years.
  3. The product is intended for consumer use. When using the product in commercial activities, the seller/manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations, and after-sales service is performed on a paid basis.
  4. Warranty repair is carried out within the period specified in the warranty card for the product in an authorized service center on the conditions and terms determined by applicable law.
  5. The product is withdrawn from the warranty in case of violation by the consumer of the operating rules outlined in the instruction manual.
  6. The product is removed from warranty service in the following cases:
    • misuse and non-consumer use;

  7. The warranty does not cover consumables and accessories, as well as filters, shelves, drawers, stands, and other containers for storing products.
  8. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale.
