Product Usage Instructions

  We recommend using adapters with outputs above 9V/2A or 9V/3A for safe and efficient charging of all devices simultaneously.

• 2. Can this product charge devices that do not support wireless charging?
  No, this product requires devices that support wireless charging for functionality.

• 3. What should I do if the LED indicators show an error?
  If the LED indicators display an error, disconnect and reconnect the devices to the charger and ensure proper alignment for charging.

Adapter selection

• When using a 5V/2A output adapter, the wireless charger supports a 5W load. When using QC3.0 compliant adapters, the wireless charger supports 15W load;
• In order to ensure the normal use of the charger, it is recommended to use PD fast charging or QC3.0 compliant adapter

Warn!

• Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards on the charging pad, it may cause the charger to heat up!
• Foreign objects should be removed when alarming!
• Slight heating is normal, and it will heat up while charging the mobile phone battery!
