WARNING

• Installation, service, and maintenance of luminaries should be performed by a qualified licensed electrician.
• Please read the entire instruction manual before installation and keep it for future reference.
• Do not touch the power supply when the fixture is operating.

CAUTION

• Do not modify, dismantle, or replace luminaire accessories without confirming with the supplier first.
• Inthe event of smoke or fire, turn off the power immediately and call a licensed electrician.
• Do not install if the power cables are damaged.
• The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer.

NOTICE

• This product is designed for indoor applications such as indoor parking areas, garages, basements, and other similar applications. For other special applications, please consult your salesperson.
• An accumulation of oil or dust on the lens will depreciate light output and increase heat buildup, which will affect performance. Periodic cleaning is recommended to ensure longer life.
• The suggested mounting height of the luminaire is 9.8 to 16.4 feet (3 to 5 meters).
