Product Usage Instructions:
Placement:
Ensure the unit is placed in a safe and suitable location away from rain or
damp environments.
Cleaning:
Regularly clean the unit using a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquid
cleaners or solvents.
Manual Control Menu:
To access the settings menu:
- Press MENU button to enter the settings menu.
- Use UP and DOWN buttons to navigate through setting functions.
- Press ENTER button to save the desired setting.
DMX Mode:
To control the unit via DMX signal:
- Connect the DMX signal source to the DMX input on the unit using a balanced XLR lead.
- Additional fixtures can be controlled by looping through the DMX out on the unit.
- Select Addr from the menu to enter DMX mode.
- Confirm the correct start address using UP and DOWN buttons and ENTER to confirm.

Can I open the cover of the unit for maintenance?
No, please do not open the cover as it contains high voltage. For service and repair, contact qualified personnel. -
How should I handle spillage on the unit?
In case of a spillage, disconnect the mains and allow the unit to dry out naturally. Have qualified personnel check the unit before use.
Introduction
High power slim LED PAR can fitted with 18pcs of 10W super bright 6-in-1 COB LEDs built into an IP65 weatherproof housing for outdoor or indoor applications. Can be operated standalone from the internal auto programs or via DMX512 controller is more precise control is required. Pre-wired with waterproof power and DMX signal leads for easy connection and daisy-chaining. Supplied with split bracket which can also be used as a floor stand. Ideal solution for parties and events where background colour wash or U/V illumination is required.
In the box
Your HIPAR should arrive with you in a single carton in good condition. The carton should contain
- 1 x main unit,
- 1 x stand/mounting bracket and thumbscrews,
- UK mains plug to waterproof socket extension lead (1m),
- DMX XLR plug to waterproof socket lead (1m)
- 1 x user guide.
Warning:
To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the unit to rain or damp environments. In the event of a spillage, disconnect the mains and allow the unit to dry out naturally. Qualified personnel should then check the unit before continuing use.
Please do not open cover, contains high voltage. This product is not serviceable or repairable by the end user. Please refer to qualified personnel for service and repair.
Placement
- Keep away from damp or dusty environments.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the fixture housings.
- Ensure adequate access to controls and connections.
Cleaning
- Use a soft cloth with a neutral detergent to clean the casing as required.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to clear ventilation grilles of any dust or debris build-ups.
- Do not use strong solvents for cleaning the unit.

DMX mode
The HIPAR can be controlled by DMX signal, simply connect the DMX signal
source to the DMX input on the unit via a balanced XLR lead. Extra fixtures
can be controlled by the same DMX signal by looping through the DMX out on the
unit. To enter DMX mode, select Addr from the menu and confirm the correct
start address by using the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons and “ENTER” to confirm.
This unit has 6 or 10 DMX channels as indicated in the table below:

Disposal
