FEATURES

TV Sound Connect
TV Sound Connect lets you listen to audio from your TV on your Sound bar via wired connection and lets you control the sound.

HDMI
The unit is equipped with the ARC function which lets you listen to sound from your TV through the Sound bar via an HDMI cable. This function is only available if you connect the unit to an ARC compliant TV.

3D SOUND
The 3D SOUND feature adds depth and spaciousness to your listening experience.

Subwoofer
The subwoofer connects to the main unit.

Special Sound Effects
You can select 10 different Sound Effects – CLASS/ ROCK/ POP/ JAZZ/ LINE/ CLUB/ DRAM / HALL/ SOFT/ FLAB depending on the type of content you want to enjoy.

Multi-function Remote Control
You can use the supplied remote control to control various operations with the simple press of a button.

USB Host Support
You can connect and play music files from external USB storage devices such as MP3 players, USB flash memory, etc. using the Sound bar’s USB HOST function.

Bluetooth Function
You can connect a Bluetooth device to the Sound bar and enjoy music with high quality stereo sound, all without wires!.

Aux/ Coaxial / Optical Connection
In addition to HDMI, we also provide more perfect connection methods to meet the connection needs of different devices.

PRECAUTIONS

Ensure that the AC power supply in your house complies with the power requirements listed on the identification sticker located on the back of your product. Install your product horizontally, on a suitable base (furniture), with enough space around it for ventilation (3~4 inches). Make sure the ventilation slots are not covered. Do not place the unit on amplifiers or other equipment which may become hot. This unit is designed for continuous use. To fully turn off the unit, disconnect the AC plug from the wall outlet. Unplug the unit if you intend to leave it unused for a long period of time.

During thunderstorms, disconnect the AC plug from the wall outlet.
Voltage peaks due to lightning could damage the unit.

Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or other heat sources. This could lead to overheating and cause the unit to malfunction.

Protect the product from moisture (i.e. vases), and excess heat (e.g. a fireplace) or equipment creating strong magnetic or electric fields.
Disconnect the power cable from the AC supply if the unit malfunctions. Your product is not intended for industrial use. It is for personal use only.
Condensation may occur if your product has been stored in cold temperatures. If transporting the unit during the winter, wait approximately 2 hours until the unit has reached room temperature before using.

The batteries used with this product contain chemicals that are harmful to the environment Do not dispose of batteries in the general household trash. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire. Do not short circuit, disassemble, or overheat the batteries. Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

CONNECTIONS

Preparation Placement

  1. You can place the Sound Bar on the TV table as shown below.

  2. The Sound Bar can also be wall-mounting.
    Before wall mounting, make sure the wall can support the weight of your Sound Bar. Improper wall mounting may result in accident, injury or damage.
    Step 1 : Align the Sound Bar in the chosen location.

Use a pencil to mark the drilling positions 413mm apart.
Note : The Sound Bar should be located at least 7.5cm below the bottom of the TV.
Step 2 : Drill holes as marked in step 1.

Installing the sound bar

Our Detachable Design for Install Sound bar

  1. Align the notch shape (with specific edges), then insert.
  2. Rotate counterclockwise after insertion to complete the installation.
  3. Insert the short line cable to connect two parts.

If you want to use two parts separately, the steps are reversed

  1. Pull out the short line cable
  2. Rotate the Sound Blaster clockwise to loosen the connection
  3. Find the corresponding desktop spacer, align the protruding hole, and then rotate to fix it

Installing the Subwoofer

Insert the subwoofer cable into the SW OUT Port of Sound Bar

Installing the Wall Mount

You can use the wall mount bracket to mount sound bar on a wall.
Installation Precautions

  • Install on a vertical wall only.
  • For the installation, avoid a location with high temperature or humidity, or a wall that cannot sustain the weight of the set.
  • Check the strength of the wall. If the wall is not strong enough to support the unit, reinforce the wall or install the unit on a different wall that can support the unit’s weight.
  • Connect cables from the unit to external devices before you install it on the wall.
  • Make sure the unit is turned off and unplugged before you install it. Otherwise, it may cause an electric shock.
  1. Place the installation guide against the wall surface.
    • The installation guide must be level.
    • Install at least 2 inches (5 cm) below the TV, if the TV is mounted on the wall.
  2. Mark the location where the screws will go through on the wall using a pen.
  3. Fasten the screws to the marked locations.
  4. Set the holder screws on the back of the Sound bar into the grooves of the wall mount.
    For safe installation, make sure to push the holder screws all the way to the bottom of the grooves.

CONNECTING THE SOUNDBAR

Connecting Electrical Power
Use the power adapter to connect the Sound bar to an electrical outlet:

  1. Connect the power cord to the Sound bar.
  2. Connect the power cord to a wall socket.

CONNECT YOUR SOUNDBAR TO EXTERNAL DEVICES

This section helps you connect your sound bar to a TV and other devices, and set up the whole system.

Connect Sound bar to your TV

Warm Tips:

  1. Depending on the TV and audio system, the connection methods are also different. According to the following connection methods, you can choose the method that suits you.
  2. Depending on the model, you may need to enter the TV’s setting menu to set after connection. For specific operation steps, please refer to the TV’s manual.
  3. Please make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.

Connect to TV through HDMI ARC if the HDMI interface of the TV supports ARC
If it is connected to a relatively new TV, that is, the HDMI interface supports the ARC function, you can use the HDMI cable to connect the HDMI (ARC) interface of the TV to the TV out ARC on the sound bar.
After connection, press Mode on the sound bat repeatedly or Mode on the remote control to select HDMI to play audio from your input device.

Note:

  • If the HDMI interface of the TV supports ARC, it will have the ARC logo on the HDMI port.
    If the connected HDMI does not have this logo, it will not support the ARC function.

  • Some TV’s HDMI® ARC is disabled by default. It can be enabled only when the Sound bar is connected to a TV that supports the ARC function. This feature may also be called T-Link, Any net+, Simple link, BRAVIA Link, Easylink or VIERA Link. To enable HDMI ® ARC, please follow step-by-step in your TV’s instructions.

  • This function is not available if the HDMI cable does not support ARC. You can try the following connection methods.

Connect to TV through Optical Port
An Optical connection supports digital audio and is an alternative to an HDMI ARC audio connection.

  1. Use an optical cable to connect the optical interface of the TV to the Optical in interface of the Sound bar.
  2. After connection, press Mode on the unit repeatedly or Mode on the remote control to select Optical to play audio from your input device.
    Note : Confirm to set your TV audio settings to support “external speakers” and disable the built-in TV speakers.

Connect to TV through Coaxial

  1. Use a coaxial cable to connect the sound bar’s COAXIAL socket to the COAXIAL OUT socket of the external device.
  2. After connection, press Mode on the unit repeatedly or Mode on the remote control to select COAXIAL to play audio from your input device.

Connect to TV through Aux

  1. Use an audio cable to connect the audio output of the TV to the ANALOG IN jack of the Sound bar.
  2. After connection, press Mode on the sound bar repeatedly or Mode on the remote control to select Aux to play audio from your input device.

Connect to TV through red and white interface

  1. Use analog audio cable to transmit stereo (red and white interface). First insert the Aux cable to Aux port on the sound bar
  2. Insert the other side to Aux to Analog audio cable
  3. Insert red & white port to TV red & white interface
  4. After connection, press Mode on the sound bar repeatedly or Mode on the remote control to select Aux to play audio from your input device.

Connect Sound bar To Other Devices

AUX Connection
Connect devices through analog audio cables
Using an analog cable, connect the AUX IN (3.5mm jack) on your sound bar to the AUX IN/ 3.5mm connectors on your portable devices.

USB Connection
This Sound Bar can be connected to USB2.0, USB3.0 U disk, the maximum support is 128G.
Support APE, FLAC, WMA, WAV, MP3, M4A audio formats.
The file system format supports ex FAT, FAT32, does not support NTFS.

After the USB is plugged in, the sound bar will automatically play the audio file inside.
If it does not play, please verify whether the USB flash drive is a supported system format and supported USB flash drive files.

Bluetooth Connection
a) Press Mode on sound bar panel or Mode button on remote controller to enter Bluetooth Mode. You’ll see the bb is blinking.
b) Select “BT100 ” to pair with the sound bar Steps: Setting -> Bluetooth -> BT100

Remark : Our Bluetooth has a memory function, it will automatically connect to the last paired device when BT it is on next time. If you want to switch devices, please disconnect the connected Bluetooth first.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have problems using this product, you can check the following points.

System
The unit will not turn on.

  • Check if power cord is plugged into the outlet and the sound bar

Sound
No sound from sound bar.

  • Make sure that the sound bar is not muted.
  • On the remote control or sound bar panel, select the correct audio input source
  • Connect the audio cable from your sound bar to your TV or other devices.
  • Try another connection method, such as Bluetooth, to verify whether it is a connection problem Sound is strange after sound setting adjustment
  • Reset audio setting by press Treble/Dsp/bass to find the right sound settings

Bluetooth

  • The sound bar is already connected with another Bluetooth device. Disconnect the previously connected device.
  • Reboot your Bluetooth device and try to pair again with the sound bar.

Quality of audio play from a connected Bluetooth device is poor.

  • The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the source device closer to the sound bar, or remove any obstacle between the source device and the sound bar.

The connected Bluetooth device connects and disconnects constantly.

  • The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move your source device closer to the sound bar, or remove any obstacle between your Bluetooth device and the sound bar.
  • For some Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth connection can be deactivated automatically to save power. This does not indicate any malfunction of the sound bar.

The connected Bluetooth device connects and disconnects constantly.

  • The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move your source device closer to the sound bar, or remove any obstacle between your Bluetooth device and the sound bar.
  • For some Bluetooth device, the Bluetooth connection can be deactivated automatically to save power. This does not indicate any malfunction of the sound bar.

Remote Control
The remote control does not work.

  • Check if the batteries are drained and replace with new batteries.
  • If the distance between the remote control and the main unit is too far, move it closer to the unit.

Does this Sound Bar work with any TV?
The Sound Bar is compatible with any TV that has one of the these ports:

  • HDMI supporting ARC (preferred);
  • Optical audio output;
  • Coaxial audio output.
  • Aux/Headphone output.

Can this sound bar remember the volume level at power off and retain the same level when powering on?
Yes, the volume has a memory function, it will remember the last volume level.
Can I use bluetooth headphones with sound bar?
No, the bluetooth functionality is to allow you to play music from your smartphone out of the sound bar. It’s not possible to output bluetooth to your headphones.
How long is the line cable when I want to separate fix the sound bar?
It’s 58 Inch. When you want to separate them and use them separately, the maximum spacing should not exceed 58 inches.

Can you use Alexa to control the volume?
It doesn’t compatible with Alexa or google but the remote control is very sensitive which can be used within 15 meters.

Will I need to drill holes in the wall to install?
I’m afraid that you have to drill two holes if you hang it under your tv

Does this have an auto turn on function? So if I turn on my tv this will turn on as well?
No, unfortunately, it will not turn on/off with the TV.

I connected optical cable to Samsung tv … why do i get only loud static? no tv sound … just static?
Please check that all cabling is connected/inserted correctly. Also, make sure the audio format setting on your TV is set as PCM 2 channel and the correct audio input mode has been selected. If you have not selected 2-Channel PCM (not Dolby) as the audio format setting for your TV set, then it can result in buzzing, hissing or white noise coming from the sound bar.

Our tv goes loud sometimes. Does this mimic the tv sound? If my tv goes loud (on its own) will the sound bar go loud as well?
It would allow for independent volume control, but if you volume + / – the connected devices, the sound bar’s volume will change.

I have a Projector , I need an external speaker to plug into the 3.5mm audio out. Will this work and does it have stereo sound?
Yes, you can use Aux cable in the package and insert it to Aux port and insert the other side to 3.5mm stereo line port on your projector. The speakers are stereo.
