Precautions
- Note down the key number provided with the cargo box to facilitate re-ordering in case of loss.
- Never exceed the maximum speed limit of 130 km/h when the cargo box is installed.
- Always adhere to the maximum load capacity and distribute the load as indicated in the image.
- Be cautious of exhaust gas that may damage the cargo box.
Installation
- Locate the cargo box attaching a bracket and install it on the towbar.
- Keep the tensioner arm level and follow the steps to open it properly.
- Ensure the attaching bracket is fully engaged on the towbar.
- Securely fix the attaching bracket by applying 50 kg of force on the tensioner arm to fold it down.
- Lower the cargo box onto the attaching bracket, position the studs in the holes, and slide it forward to secure it.
- Install the lock cylinder by positioning it correctly, inserting it into the cylinder hole, and tightening the bolts with a torque of 10 Nm.
Opening and Closing
- Unlock the lock, push the button to the right, and open the lid to access the cargo box.
- Before connecting the electrical connector, rotate the securing collar relative to the connector pins as shown in the manual.

- Never exceed the maximum speed limit when the cargo box is installed. The maximum speed limit is 130 km/h.
- Never exceed the maximum load capacity of the cargo box. Always distribute the load as shown in the image above.
- IMPORTANT Be aware of the exhaust gas as it can damage the cargo box.
- Always lubricate the towbar before installing the cargo box.
- WARNING Never position yourself under the cargo box as it may cause injury.
Never store any of the following in the cargo box:
- Pets
- Sharp objects
- Construction materials
- Powdery substances
- Corrosive materials
- Flammable liquids
- Explosive materials
- IMPORTANT Check the specifications of the towbar before installing the cargo box. The required towbar specifications are shown above.
IMPORTANT
- Never sit on the cargo box as sitting on it may damage it.
- Never use an automatic car when the cargo box is attached.
IMPORTANT
- Be aware of the increased length of the car when parking.
- IMPORTANT The width of the cargo box must not exceed the maximum width of the vehicle.
WARNING
- The increased length can significantly change the car’s behavior. Always choose the appropriate speed for the actual driving conditions.
Dimensions, weights
Installation
- Locate the cargo box attaching bracket.
Open the tensioner arm with the following steps:
- Push down the handle.
- Release the handle catch.
- Fold the tensioner arm up.
- Install the attached bracket on the towbar.
- NOTE Keep the tensioner arm base level as shown.
WARNING Always make sure that the attaching bracket is fully engaged on the towbar.
If the attaching bracket cannot be installed on the towbar:
- Fold down the tensioner arm.
- Release the tensioner arm again as before.
- Fold down the tensioner arm.
- WARNING When the clamping force is set up correctly, you need to put 50 kg on the tensioner arm to fold it down.
- Be careful when folding the tensioner arm down.
- Check whether the attaching bracket is securely fixed on the towbar.
If the attaching bracket is not fixed securely:
- Release the tensioner arm as shown in the first installation step.
- Tighten the resistance lever.
- Fold down the tensioner arm.
Install the cargo box:
- Lower the cargo box on the attached bracket. Take care to position the attaching studs in the holes.
- Slide the cargo box forward to secure the cargo box.
Install the lock cylinder:
- Position the lock cylinder as shown. Push the lock cylinder into the cylinder hole.
- Turn the key 45° anti-clockwise.
- Remove the key.
Open the cargo box lid:
- Unlock the lock.
- Push the button to the right.
- Open the lid.
- With the help of the attached Allen key install and tighten the two bolts with the washers as shown.
- The tightening torque is 10 Nm.
Close the cargo box lid:
- Three distinct clicks can be heard and the opening button slides back to the original position when the cargo box lid is closed.
- Make sure that the opening button is in the original position. If not, gently press the cargo box lid around the areas shown above to securely close it.
- Lock the cargo box and remove the key.
- IMPORTANT Before connecting the electrical connector, rotate the securing collar relative to the connector pins as shown above.
- Remove the electrical connector from the cargo box bracket.
- Connect the electrical connector to the car. Rotate the securing collar 90° clockwise.
- Check if all the lights work properly.
- Install the number plate as shown.
- Install the lower number plate holder.
- IMPORTANT In cold weather, regularly check that the lower number plate holder is securely attached.
- IMPORTANT With the help of the attached straps, fix the load securely in the cargo box as shown.
Removal
- IMPORTANT This accessory can be heavy. Ask for help when removing it.
- Rotate the securing collar 90° anti-clockwise.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Secure the electrical connector onto the cargo box bracket.
Remove the cargo box:
- Push down the handle.
- Release the handle catch.
- Fold the tensioner arm up.
- Remove the cargo box.
IMPORTANT Never drive the car with only the attaching bracket installed.
Maintenance
- After every 500 km driven, check the fixing bolts and re-tighten them if needed.
- The tightening torque is 10 Nm.
To change the light bulbs:
- With a 5mm Allen key, remove the bolt.
- Remove the lamp body.
- Remove the two cross-slot screws and open the lamp body.
- To reinstall the lamp body, repeat these steps in the opposite order.
- The light bulb types are shown above.
One Key System
