Read Before Installing

The ecolink Gateway Provides remote access to ecolink Adapter through the internet and Ecoer Smart Service (ESS) Pro
Must be installed by a trained, experienced technician. Read these instructions carefully. Failure to follow these instructions can damage the Product or cause a hazardous condition.

ecolink Adapter that is wired to the heating/cooling equipment.
ecolink Zone Panel wired by thermostats.

INSTALLATION

Step 1
Connect an enthernet cable from the ecolink gateway to an internet-connected home router.
Step 2
Connect the power cable to the ecolink gateway.
Step 3
Connect the power adapter to a wall socket.
Then the blue led start to light up.
After connecting to the cloud server, the gateway will start flashing the green led.
Step 4
Power up the ecolink Adapter.
Step 5
Following the ESS Pro App instructions to register the ecolink system by scaning the QR code.

LED BEHAVIOR

Solid Blue : The Gateway starts to up.
Blinking Blue : The Gateway is connected to Ecoer server and exchanging data with Adapter.
Blinking Red : Connecting to Internet and logging in Ecoer server.
Solid Red : The Gateway fail to connect to the Ecoer server
Blinking Green : The Gateway is not communicating with the ecolink system.

ECOLINK GATEWAY CHECKLIST

Power Cable is Connected.
Ethernet Cable is Connected.
ecolink Adapter is power on.
Gateway and Adapter are registered to ESS Pro App.
