Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
- Ensure power is turned off before installing the GFCI receptacle.
- Remove the existing receptacle from the electrical box.
- Connect the wires to the appropriate terminals on the GFCI receptacle following the provided terminal identification.
- Securely mount the GFCI receptacle using the mounting strap and screws provided.
- Install the wallplate over the receptacle to complete the installation.
Testing:
- After installation, press the “TEST” button on the GFCI receptacle to ensure proper functionality.
- The “RESET” button should pop out, indicating the GFCI has tripped. Press the “RESET” button to restore power.
