Product Usage Instructions

Installation:

  1. Ensure power is turned off before installing the GFCI receptacle.
  2. Remove the existing receptacle from the electrical box.
  3. Connect the wires to the appropriate terminals on the GFCI receptacle following the provided terminal identification.
  4. Securely mount the GFCI receptacle using the mounting strap and screws provided.
  5. Install the wallplate over the receptacle to complete the installation.

Testing:

  1. After installation, press the “TEST” button on the GFCI receptacle to ensure proper functionality.
  2. The “RESET” button should pop out, indicating the GFCI has tripped. Press the “RESET” button to restore power.
