Posey 7997 Door Guard Stop Guard and Do Not Enter Sign Banner
Product Specifications
- Door Guard (8210) and Do Not Enter Banner (7998) fit doorframes up to 53″ (135 cm) wide.
- Stop Guard (8209) and Do Not Enter Sign (7997) attach directly onto the door.
- Material: Fabric with hook and loop adhesive strips.
Product Usage Instructions
Inspection
Inspect before each use. Check for broken stitches, torn, cut, or frayed
material. Note that the Banner does not prevent residents from exiting through
the door.
Application Instructions:
For 7997 and 8209:
- Remove backing from adhesive strips and apply to the front of the door.
For 7998 and 8210
- Remove backing from adhesive strips and apply strip vertically to each side of the doorjamb at approximately waist level.
- Attach Door Guard/Do Not Enter Banner to each side.
NOTE: Replacement adhesive strips are available at hardware/craft stores.
Washing Instructions
For 7997 and 8209 – Wipe with mild soap and water or disinfectant.
For 7998 and 8210 – Machine wash warm, tumble dry low.
Disposal
Dispose of per your facility policy or applicable local code for
BIOHAZARDOUS material.
Storage Instructions
This device is designed for use in normal indoor environments. Store in
ambient warehouse temperatures at normal humidity levels. Avoid excess
moisture or high humidity that may damage product materials.

The Posey Door Guard/Stop Guard and Do Not Enter Sign/Do Not Enter Banner provide a strong visual reminder to resi dents not to exit through the doorway, or enter “off limit” rooms. The Door Guard (8210) and Do Not Enter Banner (7998) attach with hook and loop adhesive strips to the doorframe and remove easily in case of emergency. Both Guards fit doorframes up to 53” (135 cm) wide. The Stop Guard (8209) and Do Not Enter Sign (7997) attach with hook and loop adhesive strips directly onto the door.
