Dear customer, thank you very much for your support of Polaris. In the process of using the product, if you encounter any technical questions, or product quality problems, please send us an email at support polaris.com for inquiries.
Warranty Period
Polaris offers a product warranty from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, if the product fails due to material or manufacturing problems, we will provide a 1-year warranty.
Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products within the warranty period. (At our sole discretion)
  2. For products that malfunction within the warranty period, customers must send us an email at support@benro-polaris.com for RMA rep,: service to request and then send the defective product to us.
  3. The customer is required to send the product back in its original packaging or packaging with equivalent protection and is responsible for the one-way shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during transit (which can be insured).
  4. Customers must remove the relevant configuration (SIM card, memory card, etc.) in the product by themselves before sending it for repair. We are not responsible for any loss of data or configuration stored in the product.
  5. The warranty period for products repaired (or exchanged) by us may be calculated on the basis of 3 months from the date of completion ‘ of the repair (or exchange), or the remaining warranty period of the original product, whichever is longer (for the same fault only).
