SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product.

WARNING

  • Slats are covered with real wood veneer, that can have chips. Take care when touching.
  • For mounting and handling wear working gloves.
  • Drilling, sawing, sanding or machining wood products generates wood dust and other substances known to the State of California to cause cancer. Avoid inhaling dust generated from wood products or use a dust mask or other safeguards to avoid inhaling dust generated from wood products. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/wood.

CAUTION

  • Do not use silicone-based glues for the installation as that can lead to delamination of the veneer.
  • The panels must not be exposed to temperatures higher than 149°F.
  • The surface is a untreated natural wood veneer, UV-rays can lead to color changes.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • For cleaning do not use solvent based cleaning agents (or similar aggressive products). Use only soft and dry cleaning cloth.

WARRANTY

In the event that our products or any parts thereof should prove to be defective in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, and such defects are reported to us within one (1) year from the date of purchase, at our option, we will replace or refund the original cost of the acoustic panels. We do not cover surface wear or damage resulting from abusive conditions, misuse of panels, freight damage, modification, alteration, repair or service by anyone other than the authorized Manufacturer’s representative, or accidents, including but not limited to severe impact, scratching, cutting, negligence or chemical damage. We do not cover water damage. Panels must be installed in a dry, climate controlled, indoor with a residential environment temperature range of 64°-86°F. We do not cover smoke damage. We do not cover panels that have been painted, stained, sanded or treated with chemicals. This warranty is voided if the product is modified in any way.
