Product Usage Instructions

Installation & Assembly

1. Remove the fixture and mounting package from the box, ensuring no missing parts.
2. Disconnect all electrical wiring from the existing fixture.
3. Mark two hole locations on the wall aligning with the holes in the fixture body.
4. Drill four holes with a 5/16 size drill bit at the marked locations and insert drywall anchors.
5. Secure the fixture body to the outlet box using outlet box screws and to the drywall anchor with drywall anchor screws.
6. Secure the fixture shade to the fixture body by rotating the rotary clasps.

Care Instructions

WARNING: Always ensure that the electric current is turned off before cleaning. Use a damp cloth for cleaning; avoid harsh cleaning products that may damage the finish.

READ AND FOLLOW SAFETY INFORMATION
Turn the main power at the circuit breaker before installing and servicing the fixture to prevent possible injury from electric shock.
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and national Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, obtain the services of a qualified electrician.

INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLEY

1. Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure that no parts are missing by referencing the illustrations on the installation instructions.
2. Remove existing fixture and disconnect all electrical wiring.
3. Mark two hole locations on the wall that align with the hole distance in the fixture body (10). Drill four holes with a 5/16” size drill bit at the marked locations. Insert drywall anchors (9) into each drilled mounting hole.
4. Secure the fixture body (10) to the outlet box (1) with the outlet box screws (11). Secure the fixture body (10) to the drywall anchor (9) with the drywall anchor screws (12). 4. The fixture shade (14) is secured to the fixture body (10) by rotating the rotary clasps (13).

WARNING: Always be certain that the electric current is turned off before cleaning. Only a soft damp cloth should be used. Harsh cleaning products may damage the finish.
