User Guide
INSTALLING THE APP
Option 1: Scan the QR code and download the app corresponding to the icon below.

Option 2: Apple users – enter the App Store, Android users – enter the
Play Store, search for ‘Kamoer Remote’, find the app and download.
Note : The Kamoer Remote App supports Android 4.4 and above and iOS 9.1
and above.
REGISTER YOUR CLOUD ACCOUNT
You will need to register an account and login on the Kamoer remote app before
using your dosing pump.
Please note it is important that the correct region is selected when setting
up the app.
Incorrect region selection can result in network connection failures.
Choose to register via E-mail or mobile then follow the onscreen instructions
to complete registration and login.
CONNECT THE DOSING PUMP TO THE CLOUD
Make sure your mobile device is connected to your home network and that the
App permissions are set correctly on your mobile device. (App location
services must be switched on)
Please note this device does not support 5G Wi-Fi and cannot use a 5G Wi-Fi
hotspot.
Connect the power supply to the DC 12v socket on the back of the dosing pump
and plug in to a mains power source.
After the dosing pump is turned on for the first time, the blue status
indicator light will start to flash slowly. At this point you will need to use
the App to connect the dosing
pump to the cloud through the wireless router.
Open the App, click the ‘+’ button in the upper right corner of the device to
add the device.
Under the D-D H2Ocean heading select your model of dosing pump.
Enter the login for your WiFi network and tap next when prompted.
Connection Option 1 – Can be used when connecting to a mixed 2.4g and 5g Wi-Fi
network.
For both D-D P1 Pro and D-D P1 STP: Press and hold the ‘Reset’ button on the
dosing pump for 6-8 seconds then release. Wait for the blue status indicator
to flash intermittently to show the device has entered AP mode. Then tap the
next button in the app and select ‘The blue light is flashing intermittently’
followed by ‘next’.
Go to the Wi-Fi network settings in your mobile device and select the network
for the dosing pump you are trying to connect. Once connected return to the
app and tap the blue bar on the bottom of the screen to confirm the connection
has been made.
The pump will now start the connection process.
After the connection is completed, the App will confirm the ‘Successful
Connection’ and the status light on the dosing pump will show solid blue.
From this stage you can now access and control the pump and make any changes
including renaming the device.
Connection option 2 – Can be used when connecting to a split 2.4g and 5g Wi-Fi
network.
For D-D P1 Pro only: Press and hold the ‘Reset’ button on the dosing pump for
4 seconds then release. Wait for the blue status indicator to flash rapidly to
show the device has entered configuration mode. Then tap the next button in
the app and select ‘The blue light is flashing fast and continuously’ followed
by ‘next’.
The pump will now start the connection process.
After the connection is completed, the App will confirm the ‘Successful
Connection’ and the status light on the dosing pump will show solid blue.
From this stage you can now access and control the pump and make any changes
including renaming the device.
