Product Usage Instructions

Our driveshafts have been designed with the highest quality standards in mind for maximum performance. We have manufactured and precision balanced each shaft to allow your vehicle to transfer more power to the ground. This driveshaft is intended for high performance applications where vehicle performance and safety are top priorities. Please note that you are converting from an OE two-piece driveshaft design to an aftermarket High Performance one- piece design. With this change and other performance driveline & suspension components that need to be installed in tandem will impact overall NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) during certain operating conditions. To minimize the effects of NVH we recommend you start by rotating the driveshaft 180 degrees and bolting your driveshaft into its new position. To find the optimal operating position it is possible that you will need to make small adjustments and evaluate performance during this process. For more information on this refer to our Vibration Check list located in the support section of our website.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: NOT CHECKING MEASUREMENTS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY\

Driveshaft CV Clearance MUST BE CHECKED after installation.

  • This measurement must be between 3.25” – 3.75”
  • If dimension is not within the allowed range, do not run the driveshaft.

Adapter plate Hardware Torque:

  • Front (All): (3) M12 Bolts 70 ft-lbs / (6) M10 Bolts 57 ft-lbs
  • Rear (Stock Differential): (3) M12 Bolts 70 ft-lbs / (4) 3/8 Bolts 54 ft-lbs

Installation Process:

  1. Ensure you are converting from an OE two-piece driveshaft design to the one-piece high performance design.
  2. Rotate the driveshaft 180 degrees before installation.
  3. Bolt the driveshaft into its new position.
  4. Check the driveshaft CV clearance after installation. If not within allowed range, do not run the driveshaft.
  5. Torque the adapter plate hardware as per specifications provided.

Optimizing Performance:
To minimize NVH effects, make small adjustments as needed and evaluate performance during the process. Refer to the Vibration Checklist on our website for guidance.
