Precautions
Warning: Please do not power cycle the device during system boot up or
firmware upgrade. You may corrupt firmware images and cause the unit to
malfunction.
Warning: Use only the power adapter included in the device package. Using
an alternative non-qualified power adapter may possibly damage the unit.
Overview
X301 series is a cost-effective SIP phone that offers multi versions. It features a 2.3-inch 128×48 pixel graphical LCD with backlight, supporting 2 SIP lines, 2.4G&5G Wi-Fi(only X301W) and 6-way audio conference to render a user-friendly experience. X301 series has rich functions such as HD audio, dual gigabit network ports(only X301G) and integrated PoE(except X301&X301W),providing an efficient and high-quality business communication experience for enterprises.

Device installation
Please follow the instructions in below picture to install the device.
Bracket desktop installation
Wall mounting (wall stand need buy separately)
Connecting to the device
Please connect power adapter, network, PC, handset, and headset to the
corresponding ports as described in below picture.
① Power port: connect the power adapter.
② Network port: connecting local area network or Internet.
③ PC port: the network port connect to the computer.
④ Headset port: connect headset.
⑤ Handset port: connect IP Phone handset.
Network connect(only X301W)
Using Ethernet
- The power on the device and connect the WAN port of the phone to the RJ45 socket of a hub/switch or a router (LAN side of the router) using the Ethernet cable.
- The default is DHCP mode.
Using Wi-Fi
- The power on the device and make sure the phone is idle.
- Press Menu > Basic > WLAN, Enabled the Wi-Fi Feature.
- Press scan to search for currently available wireless network.
- Enter the available network and select the Wi-Fi you want to connect.
- Press connect soft key and enter the appropriate password to connect to the Wi-Fi. The default is DHCP mode.
Phone configuration
Configuration via LCD menu of phone
- Press Menu > System (default password 123)
- Select Network: To configure the Network Settings (IPv4/IPv6/IPv4&IPv6) ;
- Select Accounts: To configure enable the account, fill the SIP server address, port, user name, password etc ;
- Save the configuration.
Configuration via web
- Get the IP address from the phone:Menu > Status > ETH IP;
- Login: Input the IP address in the web browser. The PC and phone should be in the same IP address segment (The default username and password are both ‘admin’) ;
- Configure: Select network/account etc, and fill the relevant content ;
- Save the configuration.
Language setting
- Press Menu > Basic > Language.
- Select the desired language and press OK soft key.
Making a call
- Pre-dialing: enter the phone number and pick up the handset.
- Direct dialing: lift the handset and enter the phone number.
- Handsfree: enter phone number and press or vice versa.
- Headset: enter phone number and press or vice versa.
- Designated line: press line key, enter phone number and press dial key.
Accepting a call
- Using the handset: pick up the handset.
- Using the headset: press .
- Using the handsfree: press .
Redial
- Press key, redial a call number.
Note: You can contact your service provider for additional settings that may be necessary to con-figure the phone, or download the user manual and FAQ for more detailed information.

This device complies with Part 15 of FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference,
and (2) this device must accept any interference received; including
interference that may cause undesired operation.

B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate
radio frequency energy, and if it is not installed and used in accordance with
the instruction manual, it may cause harmful interference to radio

adopted by the ACTA. On the bottom of this equipment is a label that contains,
among other information, a product identifier in the format US: 3I1IPNANBL. If
requested, this number must be provided to the telephone company.
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply
with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt
RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause interference.
- This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
This equipment complies with RSS RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating
in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. This equipment should be
installed and operated with minimum distance 20 cm between the radiator & your
body.
5150-5250MHz is only for indoor use;

controlling signal of ACK message transmitting from remote device and verify
whether it shall resend or discontinue transmission. ”
