In communication: increase or decrease handset, headset or hands-free volume
The hand-free key, activate/deactivate hands-free
Long press to lock the keypad.
Enter PIN to unlock keypad (default 123)
Installation the device
Please follow the instructions in below picture to install the device.
- Bracket desktop installation
- Wall mounting (wall stand need buy separately)
Connecting to the device
Please connect the power adapter, network, PC, handset, and headset to the
corresponding ports as described in the below picture.
① USB port: connect a USB device (USB flash drive, WiFi dongle)
② Power port: connect the power adapter.
③ Network port: connecting local area network or internet.
④ PC port: the network port connects to the computer.
⑤ Headset port: connect headset.
⑥ Handset port: connect IP Phone handset..
Configuration
Configuration via LCD menu of phone
- Press Menu > System (default password 123)
- Select Network: To configure the Network Settings (IPv4/IPv6/IPv4&IPv6, DHCP/Static/PPPoE).
- Select Accounts: To configure and enable the account, fill in the SIP server address, port, user name, password, etc.
- Save the configuration.
Configuration via web
- Get the IP address from the phone: Press the key, or Menu > Status > ETH IP.
- Login: Input the IP address in the web browser. The PC and phone should be in the same IP address segment (The default username and password are both ‘admin’.)
- Configure: Select network/account etc, and fill in the relevant content.
- Save the configuration.
Language setting
- Press Menu key > Basic > Language.
- Select the desired language and press the OK soft key.
Making a call
- Pre-dialing: enter the phone number and pick up the handset.
- Direct dialing: lift the handset and enter the phone number.
- Handsfree: enter the phone number and press or vice versa.
- Headset: enter the phone number and press or vice versa.
- Designated line: press the line key, enter the phone number and press dial key.
Accepting a call
- Using the handset: pick up the handset.
- Using the headset: press.
- Using the handsfree: press.
Redial
- Press key, redial a call number.
Call Mute
- Press to Mute the microphone during the call.
- Press again to unmute the conversation.
Putting a call on hold

Press the key or Hold the soft key, and the caller is put on hold.

To retrieve the call press key or Resume soft key.
Note: with more than one active call, select desired call with the navigator keys and use the corresponding soft key to hold or resume. -
Call transfer
Attended transfer:
- Press the key or Xfer soft key during the active conversation, and the call is put on hold.
- Dial the second telephone number.
- When the call is answered, then press key or Xfer soft key to complete the operation.
Blind transfer:
- Press key or Xfer soft key during the active conversation, and the call will be on hold.
- Then enter the 2nd telephone number and press key or Xfer soft key.
Call forward
- Press Menu > Features > Call Forward.
- Select the line, and the type of forwarding, enter the destination number and status and press the OK soft key.
Call conference
- Once in line with 1st caller, press the key or Conf soft key, 1st the caller is put on hold.
- Then call the 2nd number.
- After 2nd call is established, press the key or Conf soft key to set up the conference.
Programmable keys
- You can configure shortcuts for the programmable keys.
- Press Menu > Basic > Keyboard, select among the configurable items and select your desired type and value, press the OK key.
Do not disturb
- Press DND soft key, and enable the device do not disturb mode.
- Or press Menu > Features > DND, select the Mode and Type, and press the OK key.
Voice mail
- To access your voice mailbox, press or Menu > Message > Voice Message, number of messages will be indicated if provided by
- Select the line and press Play to call.
Bluetooth
- Press Menu > Basic > Bluetooth.
- Press the OK soft key to enter the Bluetooth open interface. After opening, press the Scan soft key to display the list of Bluetooth scanned. Select any device and press connect.
WiFi
- Plug the WiFi Dongle. Press Menu > Basic > WLAN.
- Press the OK soft key to enter the WLAN open interface. After opening, press the Scan soft key to display the list of Wi-Fi scanned.
- Press Enter soft key to enter the available Network, select the wireless network, press the Connect soft key, and enter the password to connect.
Call list
- Press the key or Menu > CallLog > Local Call Logs

Phonebook
Access Phonebook:
- Press or Contact soft key or Menu > Contact > Local Contacts.
- Select All Contacts or other Groups.
- To dial an entry, press the Dial soft key or pickup handset or press or .
Add new entry:
- Press or Contact soft key, Press All Contacts or other group >Press Add.
- Enter your name and number and press the OK soft key.
