Using “Find My” App

Turn on the product
Long press the product button for 5 seconds, the product beeps and white indicator flashes 3 times.

Pairing

  • Open Apple “Find My” app
  • Bring the product close to your iPhone, tap “Items” >> “Add New Item” >> “Other Supported Items”
  • For the device named as TM-21, select “Connect”
  • Enter “Custom name” to label the product and choose an emoji for it
  • Consent to link the product with your Apple ID
  • Tap “Finish” to complete the pairing process

Enable lost mode

  • Open Apple “Find My” app. Tap “Devices” at the bottom of the screen and select the device you wish to put into Lost Mode.
  • Click “Enable” under “Lost Mode” section .
  • Proceed with the on-screen prompts and click “Continue” to enter your contact number or email.
  • Tap “Next” to confirm contact information. Select “Enable” again to complete settings.

Remove the product

  • Open “Find My” app, click “Devices” at the bottom of the screen and choose your device’s name.
  • Scroll to “Remove Item” at the bottom of the list and tap “Remove” to unpair. The product will alert for noting and the white indicator will flash 6 times.

Note : After removing the product in the app, the product will not shut down but still in the pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 10 minutes, it will exit the pairing state. To pair the product, press the button once. The product will ring and the white indicator will flash once, indicating it can be re-paired with the app.

Using the Product

  1. Turn on
    Long press the product button for 5 seconds, the product beeps and white indicator flashes 3 times.

  2. Check the product status
    Double click the product button and the product beeps, indicating that the product is working. If it does not beep, it means the product is turned off. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn on the product.

  3. Re-pairing status
    After removing the product in the app, the product will beep and the white indicator will flash 6 times. It will not shut down but still in the pairing mode. If there is no re-pairing within 10 minutes, the product will exit the pairing state. To pair the product, press the button once. The product will ring and the white indicator will flash once, indicating it can be re-paired with the app.

  4. Reset
    Turn on the product and double-click the button, the product will beep and the white indicator will flash. Then long press the button for about 10 seconds, the product will beep and the white indicator will flash at the 2nd second and 10th second. Release the button to complete the factory reset.

  5. Turn off
    Quickly press the product button 5 times within 2 seconds, the white indicator will flash 3 times and the product will beep and then turn off.

E-business card function

Scan the QR code on the back of the product and fill in the contact details to manage your personalized electronic business card.
If you ever lose your belongings, the e-business card function provides a convenient way for someone who finds them to contact you by scanning the QR code.

Charging the product

  • Place the product on a Qi-certified wireless charger
  • The indicator light illuminates in orange during charging, and turns off when charging is complete

  1. Please read the user manual prior to operation, or it may lead to loss, improper use and damage to the equipment.
  2. Do not expose the product to humid environments or soak it in liquids.
  3. Do not drop, strike, disassemble or attempt to repair the product on your own.
  4. Do not leave the product in extremely hot or cold place for a long time.
  5. Do not leave the product in a vehicle, as the exposure to high temperatures from sunlight may cause damage to the product.
  6. Stop using the product immediately and contact the support center for assistance in cases of any defects or malfunctions in the product
