Lowe s CT-A20001 120V Outdoor Wall Light

READ AND FOLLOW SAFETY INFORMATION
CAUTION – Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing and servicing the fixture to prevent possible injury from electric shock. All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, obtain the services of a qualified electrician.
INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
- Remove the power cable from the cable box, and secure the installation bracket (1) to the cable box using cable box screws {2). As shown in Fie.1.
- Connect the wires shown in Figure 2 with the wiring cap (3).
- After the wire is connected, carefully plug it into the socket box. Place the rear plate and mounting screws on the outlet box and rear plate through the two holes in the rear plate until they protrude about 1/4 inch from the rear plate and secure them using two cap nuts (5).
- lnstall bulb (6)( Max.GOW) Pay attention to the specifications of the lamp holder.
- Turn the power switch on and test the luminaire.
- After the luminaire is installed, caulk the upper 2/3 of the wire connection housing to the mounting surface. The bottom 1/3 is not caulked to prevent any water that may leak into the housing. The manufacturer recommends using non-drying external caulking materials. Preferably a transparent silicone rubber sealant for external use. The installation is now complete.
