Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
- Remove seat and disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
- Remove the windshield by unscrewing the specified screws and store it safely.
- Detach the vent by pulling it upwards to access the turn signal harness connectors.
- Disconnect the left and right turn signal harness connectors.
- Remove the existing turn signals by unscrewing the specified screws.
- Remove speaker grills and side bolts to access the fairing and turn signals.
- Install the new turn signals with gaskets, ensuring proper alignment and tightening securely.
- Reassemble the fairing, speaker grills, vent, and windshield in reverse order.
- Reconnect the battery and test the operation of the new Shark DemonTM LED Turn Signals.

ATTENTION: Please read all Information below before Installation
Warning: Disconnect negative battery cable from battery; refer to owner’s
manual. Failure to do so may result in electrical shock, injury, or fire.
Secure negative battery cable away from positive side of battery and all other
positive voltage sources on vehicle.
Safety First: Always wear appropriate safety gear including safety
glasses when performing any electrical work. It is highly recom-mended that
safety glasses be worn throughout this installation process. Be sure vehicle
is on level surface, secure and cool.
Installation
- Remove seat and disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
- Remove the 4 windshield screws shown in Figure 1. Lift the windshield up to remove and store the windshield in a safe place to prevent damage.
- Remove the vent by pulling straight up on the vent shown in Figure 2. The vent is held in place with clips and will pop off. Store in a safe place to prevent damage.
- Locate and disconnect the left and right turn signal harness JAE connectors shown in Figure 3.
- Remove the socket head screws at the left and right turn signals with a 3/16” allen wrench shown in Figure 4.
- Remove left and right side lower air deflector T25 Torx bolts shown in Figure 5.
- Remove left and right speaker grills. The speaker grills are held in place by clips. Remove by pushing outwards from the inside of the speaker grills shown in Figure 6.
- Remove left and right side T30 Torx bolts in the corner of speaker housing shown in Figure 7. Once bolts are removed the outer fairing can be removed and placed on a bench.
- Remove the left and right turn signals from fairing by removing the 1/4” allen socket screws shown in Figure 8.
- Install the new left and right turn signals w/gaskets by routing the wire and plug through the hole in the fairing and through the clip.
- Align the locating pin on the backside of the Shark Demon™ signal with the hole on the plastic mount. Place a drop of supplied thread locker on threads of supplied 5/16-18 socket head screw, and tighten securely. Route turn signal wire up the same way as the OEM turn signal wire.
- Reinstall fairing in reverse order that it was removed.
- Connect left and right turn signal JAE connectors (Disconnected in step 4).
- Reinstall speaker grills, vent, and windshield in reverse order that they were removed.
- Reconnect battery negative cable to the battery and reinstall seat.
- Test operation of the new Shark Demon™ Road Glide Selective Yellow LED Turn Signals. Note: If you’re experiencing a rapid flash on your turn signal dash indicator, you may need to sync the BCM (Body Control Module) and clear the trouble codes. To sync the BCM, perform the following steps: 1) Turn the ignition on, but do not start the motor-cycle. 2) Turn on 4-way hazards by pressing the hazard button on the controls. Count 10 flashes and deactivate. 3) Turn on 4-way hazards for another 10 flashes and de-activate. 4) Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC’s). 5) Turn ignition OFF then back ON. Turn on 4-way hazards. 6) Confirm if there are any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC’s). After performing the steps above, turn the ignition switch to the ON position and test for proper turn signal operation. The dash turn signal indicators should no longer be rapid flashing.
