Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Ensure that the exhaust system does not touch any components sensitive to high temperatures during and after installation.
- After installation, check that all screws are properly tightened and align the exhaust system.
- When tightening original screws, follow the indications given in the vehicle’s maintenance manual. For hardware given in the fitting kit, follow the values listed below:

Limitations of warranty
General instructions
- During and after installation, be sure that the exhaust system is not touching any components sensible to high temperatures. Manufacturer is not liable for damages (including personal damage and injuries) of any kind resulting from improper use and installation of the exhaust system.
- After installation it is recommended to check all screws to be properly tightened and to check alignment of the exhaust system.
- When tightening original screws please follow the indications given in vehicle’s maintenance manual, for hardware given in the fitting kit please follow the values listed below:
- Warranty is limited to defects recognized by manufacturer’s technical service and related to normal use of the exhaust system. Warranty terms exclude components subject to normal wear, like gaskets and wadding materials. Warranty is void in case of accident, modifications, improper use and competition use.
- It is strongly recommended not to install and use the exhaust system on a vehicle for which the exhaust system has not been designed for.
- In normal use condition the exhaust system can get very hot, even when the engine is switched off. be careful to avoid contact with exhaust system surfaces.
- Wadding materials durability changes depending on the kind of use of the exhaust system. Generally and as a pure information, it is recommended to check internal wadding material every 8000/9000km and at least once a year or in case you notice a change in noise from the exhaust or a change in colour of silencer’s external body surface.
- Technical characteristics and specifications of Arrow exhaust systems and related components can be subject to modifications and changes without notice
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
- Loosen the clamp
- Remove the screw securing the silencer to the frame and remove the silencer
- Remove oxygen sensor harness from its mount and unplug the oxygen sensor
- Remove the nuts securing collectors to the cylinders
- Remove the screw shown above and remove OE collectors
- Check that the original gaskets are properly placed in their seat
- Move oxygen sensor harness mount from its original place to the position shown above
- Fit LH collector and secure the flange to the cylinder, using OE nuts (do NOT tighten in this phase)
- Fit RH collector and secure the flange to the cylinder, using OE nuts (do NOT tighten in this phase)
- Fit 2:1 link pipe, secure the mount to the frame (do NOT tighten in this phase) and secure the springs
- Plug oxygen sensor and secure the harness as shown above
- Fit the silencer and secure the mount
- Tighten collectors to the cylinders
- Tighten 2:1 link pipe mount to the frame
- Tighten the clamp
WHEN FITTING ANY ARROW SILENCER PLEASE CHECK FITTING ISTRUCTIONS GIVEN WITH ARROW SILENCERS FITTING KIT
