Safety and Warnings
WARNING
Please read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for future
reference.
WARNING
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious
injury or death.
- NEVER allow an infant under 6 months old to sleep in this product.
- Use ONLY the pad provided by Joovy. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another pad.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
- Do not use a sheet with the pad.
- DO NOT place the pad inside the tent. Use pad ONLY in the pouch under the tent.
- Use product with only one child at a time.
- Use ONLY on the floor or ground level surface.
- NEVER place product on beds, sofas or other soft surfaces.
- NEVER place product on counter tops, tables or any other elevated surface.
- Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child. When used for playing, never leave child unattended.
- Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cord. DO NOT suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
- The product must be fully assembled per Joovy’s instructions before using. Do not modify the product or add any attachments not specifically recommended by Joovy.

Assembly and Usage
Unfolding the Tent
- Remove the safety band. The tent will pop up into full configuration automatically. {1, 2, 3, 4)
CAUTION: Prevent injury. Be careful when opening the tent, as it may unexpectedly open in various directions. Hold it away from your body when opening.
- Unfold the pad and open the valve. (5) The pad is self-inflating.
- Unzip the pouch under the tent. (6)
- Insert the pad into the pouch. (7)
- Store the safety band into the pouch under the tent.
WARNING: No tools are necessary to assemble or disassemble this product.
This product is not a toy. DO NOT allow children to play with it. Do not use
any different or additional pad, as this may create hazardous gaps or change
the height and dimensions of our product. Do not place the pad inside the
tent.
Use pad ONLY in the pouch under the tent.
Operating the Tent
- Unzip the cover and roll up. (8, 9) Pull out the elastic loop and insert the plastic pegs into the elastic loop on each side for holding and easy access. (10)
- Unzip the netting and roll up. (11) Pull out the elastic loop and insert the plastic pegs into the elastic loop on each side for holding and easy access. (12)
- Place child on top of the sheet. Only place on a flat, horizontal, firm and dry surface. Do not use the tent without the cover sheet.
Cover Sheet
- The cover sheet is removable for washing. To remove, detach the Velcro® at the bottom inside edge of the tent to gain access to the zipper. (13)
- Unzip the cover sheet from the tent. (14)
- Detach the Velcro® on the cover sheet from the Velcro® on the bottom of the tent.
- To reattach, place the sheet inside the tent.
- Fasten the zipper all the way around the cover sheet. Ensure the zipper is completely fastened.
- Ensure the Velcro® on the cover sheet attaches to the corresponding Velcro® at the bottom of the tent.
- Completely cover the zipper with the Velcro® at the bottom inside edge of the tent.
Folding the Tent
- Remove all items from inside the tent and close all the zippers. The cover sheet can stay attached inside the tent.
- Keep the product on a flat surface.
- Unzip the pouch at the bottom of the tent. Remove the pad and pull out the safety band.
- Grab the top of the frame in the middle on both sides. (15)
- Bring the bottom of the frame up to the top and pinch the whole frame together in the middle. (16, 17, 18)
- Keep the folded tent upright. With one hand, grab the middle part, and with the other hand, push the top down to the bottom. (19)
- Push the top down/inside continuously until the frame forms three circles. (20)
- The top and inside part should be grabbed by one hand while still holding onto the middle part with the other hand (loosely) to enable the two top circles to cross each other. (21)
- Cross the two top circles more and make one circle cover the other. (22) Make sure that the part with the safety band always ends up on top. (23)
- The frame should now form three circles on top of each other. It can now be fastened using the safety band and stored in the bag.
- Open the valve on the pad and begin folding to push all the air out. (24) Close the valve to keep the pad from self-inflating.
- The folded pad can be stored in the bag for carrying. (25, 26)
WARNING = Please read the folding instruction carefully before folding. After each use, deflate the pad, fold and store in the bag along with the tent and sheet. After many folds, the tent might lose some of its shape. Reshaping the frame might be necessary from time to time.
Care & Maintenance
Maintenance
All of the fittings, other hardware and plastic parts on the product should
be inspected periodically to ensure that they are secured properly and not
damaged or malfunctioning. The straps and fabric items and their stitching
should also be inspected periodically to ensure that they are secured properly
and not loose, torn or otherwise damaged.
Any missing, broken, or wom components should be replaced immediately, and the
product should not be used until they are replaced. Only original
manufacturer’s components should be used. tf needed, please contact Joovy at

Cleaning
The fabric material on the tent and pad can be surface cleaned using mild
household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth. Air
dry. The cover sheet can be machine washed in cold water. Air dry.
See the Cover Sheet section for information on removing the cover sheet for
washing (page 7).
Storage
Direct sunlight may fade fabric. Store indoors to prolong its appearance.
DO NOT store outdoors.
Always store the product in a dry environment. Store the product in a safe
place when not in use (i.e. away from children). DO NOT place heavy objects on
top of the product. DO NOT store the product near a direct heat source such
as a radiator or open fire.
