Safety and Warnings
WARNING
Read all instructions BEFORE assembly and USE of the walker. KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.
- NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep child in view while in walker.
- NEVER use near stairs, steps or thresholds. Use only on flat surfaces free of objects that could cause the walker to tip over.
- This walker is designed for a child that is LESS than 33.5 inches tall and LESS than 30 lbs.
- To avoid burns, keep child away from hot liquids, ranges, radiators, space heaters, fireplaces, etc.
- NEVER carry walker with child in product.
- ALWAYS check that both feet of the child can touch the floor
- Do not use the walker if it is damaged or broken.
- Do not use until baby can sit up unassisted.
- Parking brake use does not totally prevent walker movement. Always keep child in view when in the walker, even when using the parking brakes.
STAIR HAZARD
- Avoid serious injury or death.
- Block stairs/steps securely before using walker even when using the parking brakes.
- Clean friction pads regularly to maintain stopping performance.

Assembly and Usage
Unpacking the Product
- Carefully remove walker and all parts from the box and plastic bag. · Remove the cardboard packing materials.
- Identify the parts: walker frame, tray insert, seat, two front wheels and documents (not shown).
- Discard all packaging materials properly. Do not allow children to play with them.
WARNING: Adult assembly is required for this product. No tools required.
Installing the Front Wheels
- Insert the post of one of the front wheels into the hole in one of the front corners. Push firmly until the post is fully engaged. (1)
- Repeat this for the other front wheel.
- Pull on each wheel to ensure it is secured in place.
IMPORTANT: Be sure the post is inserted fully into the base. The top lip of the post should be flush with the base hole. Nothing below this lip should be visible.
Unfolding (Erecting) the Walker
- Set the walker upright with its wheels on the floor. Pull up on the tray and frame until you hear a click. (2)
Installing the Seat
- Identify the front of the seat and the three plastic posts.
- Starting with the center plastic post, insert this post into the front center hole of the walker and push down to lock in place. (3)
- Repeat these steps for the other two plastic posts.
- Next, on the rear of the seat there are five plastic clips. Starting with one of the two plastic clips on the outside, feed the plastic clip through the slot in the back of the walker. (4)
- From the underside of the tray, pull the plastic clip completely through the slot until it snaps securely into place. (5)
- Repeat these steps for the remaining four plastic clips.
- Push down on the inside of the seat to ensure that ALL posts and clips are secure.
Adjusting the Height of the Walker
- The walker has three adjustable height positions depending on the height of your child. Pull up on the tray and click it into any of the three positions.
- To adjust the walker’s height, locate the rectangular button under the front of the tray. (6)
- Rotate the rectangular button counterclockwise 90º and then push it in. Lower the walker to the desired height and then release the button. (7)
- After adjusting the height, place your child in the seat and be sure child’s feet touch the floor.
- Repeat the adjustment process until your child’s feet touch the floor
- DO NOT adjust the height of the walker with the child in the seat.
WARNING: PINCHING HAZARD Keep children away from walker while making any adjustments to the walker height.
Rear Wheel Brakes

To lock the parking brakes, push down on one of the rear wheel covers and rotate it until it locks. (8)

Repeat this step for the parking brake on the other rear wheel.
IMPORTANT: Gently push the walker back and forth to ensure the brake is fully engaged. -
To unlock the parking brakes, push up on each rear wheel cover to rotate it to the unlocked position. (9)
Using the Tray Insert
- To attach the tray insert, fit the tray insert into the tray until both sides click into place.
- The tray insert is removable and dishwasher safe.
- To remove the tray insert, flex the handles inward, push down with your thumbs on the inner edge of the tray and pull up. (10)
Folding the Walker
- To fold the walker for storage or transport, steps above for Adjusting the Height of the Walker and fully collapse the walker into its flat position.
Removing the Seat for Washing
- Starting with the front of the seat, lift up on one of the posts and pull it out. (11)
- Repeat for the other 2 posts.
- From under the tray, starting with a plastic clip on one end, turn this clip so that it can be pushed through the slot. Push it all the way through the slot.
- Repeat for the other 4 clips. The seat should now be detached from the tray.
- Open the zipper completely.
- Push all of the plastic clips through the slots in the fabric and then remove the pad with the plastic clips attached. (12)
- The seat COVER can be washed following the instructions on the tag attached to it. DO NOT wash the pad with the clips.
- Dry the seat cover completely before reassembling the pad and clips and reinstalling the seat onto the walker.
Reassembling the Seat
- Replace the pad with the clips into the seat cover so that the curve of the pad matches the curve of the seat cover. The plastic clips should be on the same side of the seat cover as the zipper and the slots for the clips.
- Feed each plastic clip through its corresponding slot in the seat cover. (13)
- Close the zipper. (14)
- To reinstall the seat onto the walker, follow the instructions above for Installing the Seat.
Care & Maintenance
Maintenance
All of the fittings, snaps, locks, rivets, and other hardware and plastic parts on the walker should be inspected periodically to ensure that they are secured properly and not damaged or malfunctioning. The straps and fabric items and their stitching should also be inspected periodically to ensure that they are secured properly and not loose, torn or otherwise damaged. All moving parts should also be checked periodically to ensure they are operating properly.
Any missing, broken, or worn components should be replaced immediately, and the walker should not be used until they are replaced. Only original manufacturer’s components should be used. If needed, please contact Joovy at our toll-free phone number 877-456-5049.
Cleaning
The fabric seat cover can be machine washed or cleaned using mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth. Always allow the fabric to completely dry before reassembling the seat. DO NOT wash the pad with the clips.
The frame, wheels, and tray should always be kept clean and free of dirt and foreign matter. Use a sponge or cloth dampened with warm water and a mild detergent cleaner to clean these components after such use. The friction pads on the underside of the frame should be cleaned ONLY using a sponge or cloth dampened with warm water. NEVER use abrasive cleaners on these pads. (15)
WARNING: Clean friction pads regularly to maintain stopping performance.
Rear Wheels Cleaning
- If it becomes necessary to clean the rear wheels, first turn the product so that it is resting on its front.
- While holding the wheel and the end of the axle bolt, rotate the axle locking knob counterclockwise to remove it. (16)
- Push the axle bolt through the wheel, grasp the head of the bolt and pull to remove it. (17)
- Remove the wheel from the wheel cap. (18)
- Use a sponge or cloth dampened with warm water and a mild detergent to clean the wheel and inside the wheel cap.
- Reinstall the wheel inside the wheel cap making sure to line up the holes in the wheel with the holes in the wheel cap. (19)
- From the INSIDE of the product, push the axle bolt through the hole in the wheel cap, then through the wheel, and finally through the other side of the wheel cap. (20)
- Replace the axle locking knob onto the axle bolt and tighten it by rotating it clockwise. (21) Tighten it securely.
WARNING: The axle bolt and axle locking knob are small parts. DO NOT allow children to handle or play with them. Ensure that the axle locking knob is securely tightened and ALWAYS check to make sure it is tight before each use of the product.
