The Porta True Wireless Earbuds are designed with LED light-up, built-in microphone, touch control, on/off button, play/pause music, answer/end call functionality, USB Type-C charging port, and a metal clip for convenience.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold down the ON/OFF Button of the earbuds for 3 seconds and the LED will flash.
• Power Off: Press and hold down the ON/OFF Button of the earbuds for 4 seconds and the LED will turn off.

Pair the Wireless Earbuds with Your Mobile Device

1. Keep the distance between the earbuds and mobile device within 32.8 feet.
2. De-activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device.
3. The protective stickers must be removed from the earbuds and put back to the charging case before use.
4. Take both earbuds out from the charging case and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing. The earbud has an indicator blinking in White. Another earbud will stop blinking when auto pairing is done successfully.
5. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select EP-0707 TWS from the list shown.
6. After pairing is successful, both earbuds’ LED will stop blinking.

FAQ

If the wireless earbuds cannot be paired with your device:

• Ensure that your earbuds are in pairing mode or reconnection mode.
• Ensure that Bluetooth search function of your mobile device is activated.

If the wireless earbuds will not turn on:

• Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.
• Make sure the protective stickers are removed from the earbuds.

Can I change the battery for the earbuds and the charging case?
The wireless earbuds and the charging case use a built-in non-detachable battery which cannot be removed.

If the charging case cannot be recharged

• If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works.
• If you use a computer, ensure that it is connected and the USB port is powered.

CAUTION
The USB Type-C charging cable included with this item is intended for use with this product. Only use the included USB
Type-C charging cable to charge this product.

Power On/Off

• Power On
  Press and hold down the ON/OFF Button of earbuds for 3 seconds and the LED will flash.

  Press and hold down the ON/OFF Button of earbuds for 4 seconds and the LED will turn off.

Pair the wireless earbuds with your mobile device

1. Keep the distance between the earbuds and mobile device within 32.8 feet.

Take both earbuds out from charging case and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing. The earbud has indicator blinking in White. 4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select “EP-0707 TWS” from the list shown.
5. After pairing is successful, both earbuds LED will stop blinking.

Attention: If the auto pairing is not successful, manual pairing between earbuds is essential by following below procedures:

1. Make sure the earbuds are charged.
2. De-activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device. (if you had been paired the earbuds to some other mobile device(s) nearby, please sure to de-activate those device(s) too).
3. Power on both earbuds simultaneously by pressing the ON/OFF buttons for 3 seconds and wait for 3 to 5 seconds for auto pairing. (Keep the Bluetooth function off on your mobile device before this operation.)
4. Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device and select “EP-0702 TWS” from the list shown.
5. After pairing successfully, both earbuds LED will stop blinking.

Reconnect the wireless earbuds to your mobile device
When powered on, the wireless earbuds will automatically connect with the last successfully paired device.

Disconnect the wireless earbuds from your mobile device

• Power off the wireless earbuds; or
• Switch off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone; or
• Leave the earbuds 60ft away from your mobile phone or further.

Answer / Reject a call
When receive a call, press the ON/OFF Button once ( on either earbud) to accept the call, or answer the call normally via your mobile phone.
Press and hold 2 seconds to reject it.

End a call
To end the call, just press ON/OFF button at any side of earbud with Beep sound to end it.

Functions

• Pause / Play Music: Short Press on ON/OFF Button
• Go back to previous song: Double click left ON/OFF button.
• Advance to next song: Double click right ON/OFF button.
• Voice Assistant: Press and hold ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.

Charging your Earbuds

1. Open the charging case cover.
2. Remove the protective stickers between earbuds and charging case.
3. Insert the Earbuds into the charging case.
4. The earbuds will start the charge automatically.
5. LED indicator light of the Earbuds will be turned on when charging.
6. Once fully charged, the LED will be off.

Note: If the charging is not start, take out both earbuds from the charging case and insert again after few seconds.

Recharge Charging Case

For your safety, please always use appropriate 5V output charger/Adapter to charge the product.
DO NOT USE Quick Charging USB Adapter to charge the product, as it might damage the product.

1. Use the USB Type-C charging cable provided with the packaging.
2. Connect the USB plug to a USB port on a computer or wall adapter, then connect the USB Type-C plug to the USB Type-C charging port on the charging case to begin charging
3. The last digit of the Battery Level Indicator will be flashing during charging.
4. Once fully charged, the Battery Level Indicator will stop flashing.
5. The Earbuds Battery Charging Indicator will be flashing during the earbuds are charging and will be off after fully charged.

NOTE

• You must select a qualified charger from a regular manufacturer.
• You must charge the charging case and earbuds if it has been not used for more than 6 months.

CAUTION: The USB Type-C charging cable included with this item is intended for use with this product. Only use the included USB Type-C charging cable to charge this product.

Safety instructions for the lithium battery and charging the product

• The input voltage to the product is 5V 1A.
• In order to charge the product in safe manner and reliable conditions, please only adopt certified appropriate charger/ adapter for charging the product.
• Only charge the product at ambient temperatures between 10 °C/ 50 °F and 40 °C/104 °F.
• Do not heat above 70 °C/158 °F, eg. Do not expose to sunlight or throw into fire.
• Switch off the product after use.
• Please note that we won’t take any responsibility for any wrong operation (eg. Voltage higher than 5V) as this may result in severe injury or loss of property, and we cannot control the operating process during the time the user using this product.
• In extreme cases, abuse or misuse of Lithium battery pack can lead to explosion, heat generation, fire development or smoke development.
