OPERATION
-
1. Place your appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.
-
Unwind the power cable fully. Connect one end of the cable to the crepe maker, then plug the other end into a mains socket.
-
Put the ON/OFF switch in the “MAX” position to turn on your crepe maker. The power indicator light will come on. Let the appliance heat up for 5 minutes. Do not worry if a little smoke comes out of the appliance.
-
Lightly grease the cooking plate. To do so, use a small brush or piece of kitchen roll lightly soaked with cooking oil.
-
Place a small amount of batter on the hotplate and spread it around with the wooden spreader.
-
After about 45 seconds, use a wooden spatula to turn over the crepe. The cooking time varies according to the batter consistency and how golden you like your pancakes.
To preserve the non-stick coating on the cooking plate, we recommend using suitable utensils (wood or heat-resistant plastic). Metal utensils should not be used. -
Then fold the crepe to your liking: in half, quarters, rolled up, in a pocket…

- LET THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS COOL DOWN BEFORE PERFORMING ANY CLEANING OPERATIONS.
- Never use scouring powder or abrasive pads to clean the appliance.
- Use a sponge soaked in washing-up liquid to clean the appliance’s exterior and wooden accessories. Use a kitchen roll soaked in oil for the non-stick plate.
