WLFXX-0600-CRINXX WrenchLoader
The WrenchLoader from Crane works by simulating the conditions of a particular
torque application, allowing the user to test both digital and manual torque
wrenches.
As the handle is turned and the wrench begins to move, the torque applied is
measured via a Crane stationary transducer mounted on to the end of the
WrenchLoader. This process allows the torque wrench to be calibrated with
precision, accuracy and complete
confidence.
The WrenchLoader allows for quick and simple calibration of torque wrenches
and the easy to use system removes the risk of human error and inaccurate
readings during the calibration process.
The flexible design of the WrenchLoader allows for the testing and calibrating
of various torque wrench lengths and types and encompasses the certification
of hand operated wrenches in compliance with ISO6789.

The maximum and minimum length between the transducer centre line and the centre line of the reaction post:
Without Extension: Min: 144mm and Max: 762mm
With Extension: Min: 144mm and Max: 1122mm
The WrenchLoader is designed to be mainly maintenance free. Before use, ensure
that the load arm travels freely and smoothly.
The plate surface (pictured below) should be greased every 3 months, with K48
Lithium Molybdenum Disulphide grease.
Please note that the carriage slide and lead screw assemblies do not need
lubricating.
