Product Usage Instructions

Application
For children with a height ranging from 100cm to 150cm.

Safety Precautions

  • A car seat can only be installed where a 3-point safety belt is present.
  • The front airbag must be deactivated.
  • We advise installing the car seat only on the rear seat of a vehicle.

Securing the Child and Adjusting the Backrest
The backrest of the car seat is adjustable to fit the vehicle seat surface properly.

Tilt the backrest backward until it fits against the car seat.

Headrest Height Adjustment

  1. Pull up the headrest height adjustment lever located at the back of the headrest.
  2. Select one of the 10 positions for the headrest height.
  3. Release the adjustment lever when the desired height is set.

Backrest Disassembly

  1. Unlock the snaps on the backrest to open the inside of the car seat.
  2. Push the backrest away so it lies flat.
  3. Remove the backrest by pulling it out of the attachments.

Backrest Attachment

  1. Place the backrest flat behind the car seat.
  2. Hook the lower part of the backrest to the seat.
  3. Adjust the backrest until it clicks upright.

The car seat must be placed directly on the vehicle seat.

Children from 100 to 150 cm with the 3-point vehicle safety belt

  1. Position the car seat on the seat.
  2. Push the car seat as far back as possible into the car seat.
  3. Place the child in the car seat.
  4. Adjust the headrest to match the child’s height.
  5. Guide the shoulder belt through the green shoulder belt guide and both hip belt guides.
  6. Buckle up the seat belt. You will hear a distinctive
    click.

Children from 140 to 150 cm with the 3-point vehicle safety belt

  1. Position the car seat on the seat.
  2. Push the car seat as far back as possible into the car seat.
  3. Place the child in the car seat.
  4. Tighten the shoulder strap and place it over the child’s shoulder.
  5. Guide the seat belt through both hip belt guides.
  6. Buckle up the seat belt. You will hear a characteristic click.

Cover Removal

  1. Remove the fabric from the headrest, starting from the sides. Gently pull the elastic securing the fabric from the fixture.
  2. Unfasten the snap buttons on both sides of the backrest of the car seat and expose the inside of the seat.
  3. Unfasten the snap buttons on the sides of the car seat and slide off the fabric from the sides of the car seat.
  4. Unfasten the snap buttons at the back of the car seat (on both sides) and pull the fabric from the seat towards you and slide it off the car seat.

Cover Attachment
To reattach the cover, perform the above steps in reverse order. Apply the cover to the fixing points of the car seat. First place the cover on the seat shell and then on the headrest part.

Cleaning

Attention: Do not use the car seat without the cover.

Warning: Metal fasteners should never be removed from the belt.

  • The cover can be removed and washed with a mild detergent on a gentle wash program (30°C).
  • Follow the washing instructions on the label of the cover. Washing at temperatures above 30°C can cause colors to fade.
  • The cover should not be exposed to prolonged sunlight.
  • Plastic parts can be cleaned with water and mild soap.
  • Do not use aggressive cleaning agents (like solvents).
  • The harness can be cleaned with a lukewarm solution.
